Abstract
本発明は、吸着力を維持することができるようにゼオライトを70重量%以上の高濃度で含有したゼオライト高含有成形体の吸着剤含有成形体の製造方法、及び吸着剤含有成形体の製造方法によって得られる吸着剤含有成形体を提供する。本発明による吸着剤含有成形体の製造方法は、水及びアルコールの一方又は両方からなる溶媒、無機系バインダー及びゼオライトを混合してゼオライト含有湿潤粘土を形成する工程と;該ゼオライト含有湿潤粘土を湿潤粘土体に硬化させる工程と;該湿潤粘土体を成形する工程と;該成形した湿潤粘土体を乾燥させて乾燥粘土体を形成する工程と;を有する吸着剤含有成形体の製造方法であって、該乾燥粘土体のゼオライト含有率が70~98重量%である、ことを特徴とする。
