Abstract

 剥離し難い撥液表面構造を適用した機構体を提供する。 微小凸部の先端は、略球面状を呈しており、このような形状の表面に液体金属(8)が接触する状態では、液体金属(8)が微小凸部と微小凸部との間に浸入することができず、微小凸部の先端表面で点接触のみで支持されるようになる。このため、金属母材表面に液体金属(8)が濡れ広がることはない。撥液表面(11)は、多数の微小凸部によって点接触支持されることにより液体金属(8)が弾かれ濡れないような構造になっている。
