Abstract

 非接触型位置センサは、磁石と、磁石の磁極面に所定の間隔をおいて一列に所定の方向に配設された第1から第3の磁気抵抗素子と、所定の方向に変位できる磁性体よりなる被検出体とを備える。第1から第3の磁気抵抗素子は電源とグランドの間で直列に接続されている。第1と第2の磁気抵抗素子とは第1の接続点で接続されている。第2と第3の磁気抵抗素子とは第2の接続点で接続されている。被検出部は、凸部と、凸部に接続された軸部とを有する。凸部は第1から第3の磁気抵抗素子に対向できる。軸部は、凸部と磁石の磁極面との間の距離より大きな距離だけ磁極面から離れている。この非接触型位置センサは複雑な形状の部品を有する必要がなく、容易に組立てることができる。
