Definitions
- the invention relates to an inner tent which is mounted inside an outer tent.
- Such inner tents have been known for many years and have typically been used for dividing the outer tent with sleeping places into a cabin for adults and a cabin for children, and in some cases with a living area and a kitchen cabin.
- the cabin for adults as well as the cabin for children are normally made in uniform, partly dull colours, which affect the persons who are present in them in a not always positive way.
- an object of the invention is to provide an inner tent, which at- tracts more interest and thereby provides for a more positive experience when staying in the inner tent.
- an inner tent of the type defined in the introductory portion of claim 1 which is characterized in that the inner tent is equipped with functionally adapted walls, floor and roof, and that replaceable utility/activation devices are mounted in the inner tent.
- the inner tent will be a place in which it is more attractive to stay.
- the functionally adapted walls, floor and roof are adapted to children, and, as stated in claim 3, the utility/activation devices are constructed for children, children will get a better holiday experience, also when the weather conditions outside are not suitable for outdoor activities.
- the children-adapted walls, floor and roof are provided as separate units, which are connected with each other by zippers.
- the roof is made of a light-attenuating material, and, as stated in claim 7, that the light-attenuating material is formed by a starry sky.
- one of the utility/activation devices is mounted between the roof and the floor and is formed by a net which is provided with a plurality of holes.
- a further, expedient embodiment of the inner tent is advantageous in that, as stated in claim 9, a replaceable arrangement of shelves made of a net material is mounted in the inner tent, and, as stated in claim 10, that a cave entrance is provided at the bottom at a wall.
- fig. 1 shows an inner tent according to the invention
- FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of a detail of the inner ten according to the invention.
- Figure 1 shows an ordinary tent, shown here as an outer tent 1 , with an inner tent 2 according to the invention mounted internally.
- this inner tent 2 is secured to the outer tent by straps, one of which is designated 3 and is secured at its one end to a rod 4 and at its opposite end to the inner tent 2.
- the inner tent consists of a floor 5, a wall 6 and a roof 7.
- the wall 6 is decorated with child-friendly motifs in colours.
- the roof 7 is shown to be configured as a starry sky that a gives a certain light attenuation, which has the advantage that, when sleeping, children are not disturbed by too much incident light, although it is light outside the tent, which, as will be known, is not unusual in the summer.
- the floor 5 is shown with a green colour.
- the floor 5, the wall 6 and the roof 7 may be decorated in other colours and with other motifs.
- the floor 5 is connected with the wall 6 by a zipper 10, and that the wall 6, at the top, is connected with the roof 7 by a zipper 11.
- a net 8 having holes 9 is suspended in the inner tent 2 near the roof 7, which may be used for children's play, e.g. a ball game where the idea is to throw balls of varying diameter through the holes 9, which, too, may have a varying size.
- an arrangement of shelves 12 made of a net material is mounted inside the inner tent.
- fig. 2 shows an example of a cave entrance having dimensions which only allow children to enter and exit, which means that, in many cases, children will feel that they can "isolate” themselves from adults in connection with their play.
- An inner tent as described above, provides a room in which children will be pleased to stay, in contrast to inner tents which, as they are known today, are made in uniform and sometimes quite dull colours.
