Abstract

　コネクタの低背化を図りつつ、平形ケーブルに対して十分な挟圧力を発揮して確実に電気的導通を図ることのできる電気コネクタを提供することを目的とする。 コンタクト（２０）に被押圧部（６４）を設け、アクチュエータ（１２）のカム（４０）の押圧力を、被押圧部（６４）を介してベース部（６１）に伝える。これによってベース部（６１）の浮き上がりを抑え、平形ケーブル（２００）を確実に挟圧して電気的導通を図る。 また、被押圧部（６４）が弾性変形することで、厚さＳ１、間隙Ｓ２、寸法Ｓ３等のばらつきによって生じるコンタクトビーム（６２）の接点部（６２ｃ）の接圧のばらつきの範囲を小さくする。
