Abstract

 取扱性に優れ、かつ安全性の高い燃料電池用固体燃料を製造する方法を提供するとともに、取扱性に優れ、かつ安全性の高い燃料電池用固体燃料、及び当該燃料電池用固体燃料を使用する燃料電池を提供することを目的とし、燃料電池用燃料を含む多孔性材料の表面に被膜が形成されてなる燃料電池用固体燃料の製造方法であって、被膜が、ポリビニルアルコールによって形成されており、多孔性材料の表面に被膜を形成する前及び/又は後に、多孔性材料に燃料電池用燃料を取り込ませる。
