Abstract

塗布ヘッドの吐出口近傍の吐出口面に付着した塗液を清浄する塗布ヘッド清浄方法であって、粘着テープを該吐出口近傍の吐出口面に略垂直方向に当接した後略垂直方向に引き剥がす押し当て動作を1回以上行い、その後該吐出口から塗液を微量吐出する微量吐出動作を行い、さらに粘着テープを該吐出口近傍の吐出口面に略垂直方向に当接した後略垂直方向に引き剥がす押し当て動作を1回以上行なうことを特徴とする塗布ヘッド清浄方法。本発明により塗布ヘッドの吐出口および吐出口面に付着したペーストを粘着テープ材を用いて効率的に、塗布ヘッドを傷つけることなく除去することができる塗布ヘッドの清浄方法を提供することができる。
