Abstract

 強度、柔軟性、クッション性、歪回復性等に優れ、特に樹脂の復元力による気泡構造の収縮の少ない熱可塑性樹脂発泡体を提供する。  本発明の熱可塑性樹脂発泡体は、熱可塑性エラストマー及び活性エネルギー線硬化型樹脂を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を発泡成形して発泡構造体を形成した後、該発泡構造体に活性エネルギー線を照射して、発泡構造体中に活性エネルギー線硬化型樹脂による架橋構造を形成させて得られることを特徴とする。また、熱可塑性エラストマー、活性エネルギー線硬化型樹脂、及び熱架橋剤を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を発泡成形して発泡構造体を形成した後、該発泡構造体に活性エネルギー線を照射して、発泡構造体中に活性エネルギー線硬化型樹脂による架橋構造を形成させ、さらに加熱して、発泡構造体中に熱架橋剤による架橋構造を形成させて得られることを特徴としてもよい。
