Abstract

　本発明の一の態様に係る測定用アーム移動装置は、測定ヘッドのヘッド本体に揺動自在に設けられた一対の測定用アームであって、その先端に取り付けられた、被測定物に当接される測定子が同一平面上で接近又は隔離するように設けられた測定用アームを移動させる測定用アーム移動装置において、棒状のロッド部材と、前記ロッド部材を軸方向に往復移動させるシリンダ装置と、前記ロッド部材の一端に設けられ、前記測定用アームを押動するテーパ形状のコマ部材と、前記ロッド部材上へ軸方向に移動可能かつ所望の位置で固定可能に取り付けられ、該ロッド部材の一方の移動量を調整するストッパ部材と、前記ロッド部材と同軸上に配置され、前記ロッド部材の他方の移動量を調整するストッパネジと、を備えることを特徴とする。
