Abstract

　工程（１）：Ｔ細胞を含有する細胞集団からＣＤ８陽性Ｔ細胞を除去、もしくはＣＤ４陽性Ｔ細胞を採取することにより培養に供する細胞集団を調製する工程、及び工程（２）：前記工程（１）で得られた細胞集団を、下記（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）の存在下で培養する工程〔（Ａ）フィブロネクチン、フィブロネクチンのフラグメント及びフィブロネクチンのフラグメントの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１つ（Ｂ）ＣＤ３リガンド〕を包含することを特徴とする細胞集団の製造方法。当該製造方法により得られる細胞集団は、細胞医療による疾患の治療に極めて有用である。
