　車両装着時の外側と内側の指定が有り、トレッド部５がタイヤ径方向の内側に配置されるベースゴム層１０とタイヤ径方向の外側に配置されるキャップゴム層１１とから構成され、ベースゴム層１０は、キャップゴム層１１に対して貯蔵弾性率が低いゴム材にて形成され、トレッド部のタイヤ幅方向の任意の位置を境界位置Ａとし、境界位置Ａを境として車両装着の内側区間Ｌ１はベースゴム層１０の厚みｔ１が厚く、外側区間Ｌ２はベースゴム層１０の厚みｔ２が薄く形成されている。
