Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à produire du papier ou du carton à partir d'une suspension de fibres aqueuses. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : ajouter une substance chimique de traitement à la suspension de fibres aqueuses, ladite substance chimique étant un polymère obtenu par une technique de polymérisation radicalaire contrôlée, à partir d'un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé, d'un agent de transfert de chaîne, et d'un amorceur, dans un milieu liquide, ou, par une technique de photopolymérisation contrôlée, à partir d'un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé et d'un photoiniferter, dans un milieu liquide. La substance chimique de l'invention permet d'améliorer la productivité et l'aptitude au passage de la machine à papier ou à carton.
