  • the lower layer preferably comprises cork, in particular pressed cork, rubber cork, rubber granular material or a wood soft fibre panel. That provides a lower layer which is stable but sufficiently flexible.
  • Pressed cork is produced by comminuting cork to form cork grain, mixing the cork grain with binding agent, pressing the material obtained to form blocks or cylinders and cutting panels or webs from the cylinders.
  • the density of pressed cork is at least 250 — 550 kg/m 3 , in particular 250 — 350 kg/m 3 .

That makes it possible to connect a plurality of wood floor elements to constitute a wood or parquet floor, in the manner of a tongue-and-groove connection. It is desirable for both the groove and the tongue to be provided on the central layer. That means that the lower layer of cork and also the upper layer can be in the form of a simple straightforward element without particular configurations at the edge, in particular they can be in the form of a rectangular element.
  • the upper layer, the central layer and the lower layer are firstly produced separately and then the three layers are glued fast together to form the wood floor panel.
  • a wood or parquet floor which is composed of a plurality of wood floor elements in accordance with one of the preceding claims. That makes it possible to provide in a simple and inexpensive fashion a wood or parquet floor which at the same time has an advantageous step impact sound insulating effect.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de plancher de bois (1) pour la fabrication d'un plancher de bois ou d'un parquet, qui comporte : une couche supérieure (2) de bois dur avec une surface pour fournir une surface de marche au plancher de bois ou au parquet, une couche centrale (4) de bois solide, et une couche inférieure (6) d'un matériau isolant, la couche inférieure (6) de matériau isolant étant fixée directement à la couche centrale (4) et la couche supérieure (2) étant collée directement à la couche centrale (4). La couche supérieure (2) et la couche centrale (4) comportent un matériau en bois et la couche inférieure (6) comporte un matériau en liège. L'élément de plancher de bois (1) comporte une rainure (8), au moins un bord et/ou une languette (8) au niveau d'au moins un bord pour une connexion à au moins un autre élément de plancher de bois (1), pour former un plancher de bois ou un parquet comportant une pluralité d'éléments (1) de plancher de bois.
