Abstract
心室(10A)に接続された連続流型補助人工心臓20と、心室(10A)内の圧力を検出するための圧力センサ30と、該圧力センサ30により検出された心室内圧力と前記補助人工心臓20の消費電力の関係の閉ループ内面積APMpに基づいて、補助人工心臓20装着中の心室収縮能の変化を評価する手段(パソコン40)と、を備える。これにより、補助人工心臓装着中の心室収縮能の変化を、超音波エコー装置やコンダクタンスカテーテルを用いることなく、非侵襲的な方法で連続評価することができる。
