Abstract
Provided is a flexible flat cable, which is so hard to have a curling nature even if cables are bundled as can extend promptly from the bundled state and which is produced by an extrusion method excellent in cable arrangement. A test piece (10) is prepared by burying a plurality of flat-type conductors (11) arrayed in parallel, in the inside of a tape-shaped insulator (12) formed of an insulating resin by an extrusion method and by winding a flexible flat cable (1) triply into an annular shape of a diameter of 50 mm. In case the ratio (W/δ) of the case, in which a load (W[N]) is so applied to the test piece (10) from the outside that the annulus may be crushed, thereby to cause a deformation of δ [mm], is a coefficient of resiliency (K [N/mm]), the flexible flat cable (1) is so constituted that the resiliency coefficient (K) may be at 0.04 to 0.75 [N/mm].
