Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (D) zur Signalüberwachung für zumindest einen zeitweiligen Einsatz in einem Feldgerät (FD) der Prozessautomatisierungstechnik als Test-, Prüf- und/oder Fehleranalyseeinheit, mit einem Mikrokontroller (µC), der mehrere Signaleingänge aufweist, die mittels Testleitungen (TL) mit Signalprüfpunkten (TP) in Signalpfaden (SL) des Feldgeräts (FD), an denen die zu überwachenden Signale anliegen, zumindest zeitweise, zumindest teilweise und lösbar elektrisch verbunden sind, mit einer internen Energieversorgungseinrichtung (A), zur Energieversorgung der Vorrichtung (D) und mit einer Kommunikationsschnittstelle (S) zur externen Datenübertragung.
