Abstract

Disclosed are a light-emitting device having good light-extraction efficiency, and a substrate with film and substrate with transparent conductive film which can be used in the light-emitting device. Specifically disclosed is a substrate with film wherein a diffusion layer containing inorganic fine particles is formed on at least one side of the substrate. In this substrate with film, each inorganic fine particle contains a hollow fine particle which is mainly composed of SiO2 while additionally containing another metal, and the content of the another metal (in terms of oxide) is 0.1-15 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of SiO2 in the hollow fine particle.
