Abstract

【課題】 分析対象成分の吸収波長がサンプル中の他の成分のそれと重複している場合や吸収波長が使用する波長域に吸収を持たない場合やサンプル中の分析対象成分が低濃度である場合でもサンプル中の当該分析対象成分の濃度分析が可能であると共に、マイクロプロセッサを必ずしも使用しなくとも濃度分析が可能な簡便な手法の提供。 【解決手段】 液体を導入可能な流路と、該流路内に第一の液を導入後、該流路内に該第一の液と接触し境界域を形成するように第二の液を導入する液体導入部と、前記境界域に向けて光を照射する光照射部と、前記境界域に向けて照射された前記光を測定する光測定部と、を有し、前記第一の液と前記第二の液とに起因した光学特性の違いを利用して、分析対象物の所定パラメータ値を決定するシステムであって、前記光照射部が、前記第一の液と前記第二の液との境界域を交差するように光を照射するものであることを特徴とするシステム。
