Abstract

測定対象分子を洗い流すことなくプレート上でその十分な残量を確保することができるとともに、未知の測定対象分子の質量分析に使用でき、しかも複数の測定対象分子を同時に質量分析する場合にも使用できる、プレート上での測定対象分子の局在化方法を提供する。（Ａ）測定対象分子を局在化する少なくとも１種の化合物を結合させたプレートを用意する工程と、（Ｂ）上記プレート上に、少なくとも１種の測定対象分子を含む生体試料を載置する工程と、（Ｃ）上記生体試料にマトリックスを含む溶液を滴下、乾燥して、上記プレート上で上記測定対象分子を局在化する工程とを含む。
