Abstract

 溶接アーク放電下において、溶接状態を確認するためにアーク放電光をフィルタリングする光学系として、テレセントリック光学系とフォトクロミックフィルタ(PCF)による部分減光を使用し、PCF上で結像させず、PCF上から焦点がずれても減光性能を確保でき、溶接状態のモニタリングが良好な溶接観察装置を提供する。  アーク溶接部8と、アーク溶接部8からの光を集光する対物光学系(1,2)と、対物光学系(1,2)により集光した光を導光するテレセントリック光学系3と、テレセントリック光学系3によって導光された光を照射するPCF4と、PCF4を透過した光を受光する固体撮像装置9とを備え、PCF4により、アーク溶接部8からの光を、部分減光する。
