所述喷墨打印机墨盒包括一个盒体 200, 所述盒体 200的内部设置有三个相互隔离 的可存储墨水的储墨腔,每个储墨腔中均设置有单独的墨水流动通道装置;所述盒体 200 的顶面为顶盖 201, 盒体 200四周的侧壁与底面连接为一体; 所述顶盖 201上设置有补 充墨水时才打幵的带有密封装置的三个注墨孔 211以及可平衡储墨腔内的气压的三个进 气孔 12; 所述盒体 200的底面靠近一侧边区域设置有三个出墨口 204; 所述喷墨打印机 墨盒还包括有电路板 203, 电路板 203安装在形成出墨口 204的这一侧附近的盒体 200 的一个侧壁上, 在电路板 203 的外露表面上形成多个用于连接到外部控制装置的触点 231; 所述电路板 203设置有用于存储墨水容器中的墨水信息的半导体存储装置, 所述 多个触点 231把半导体存储装置电接触到打印设备上;所述顶盖 201上设置有呈向内凹 进的豁口状的扣手凹槽, 所述扣手凹槽位于顶盖 201靠近周边的区域, 开口朝向外位于 顶盖的该侧周边上, 所述扣手凹槽及其下部为可容纳用户手指伸入的空间; 所述墨水流 动通道装置的入口与储墨腔连通,所述墨水流动通道装置的出口连接所述喷墨打印机墨 盒出墨口 204。 所述注墨孔 211的密封装置为密封胶塞。 所述墨盒包括两个扣手凹槽 261、 262,分别设置于墨盒顶盖 201的相对两短周边区 域; 与两个扣手凹槽 261、 262相邻接的盒体 200的两侧壁面同样设置有豁口 251、 252; 在所述盒体 200安装电路板 203的一端以及与其相对的另一端,均设置有空腔 241 , 242, 扣手凹槽 261与豁口 251连接成空腔 241的开口,扣手凹槽 262与豁口 252连接成空腔 242的开口。
所述盒体 100包括有多个腔体, 即位于中间端的三个储墨腔, 以及位于三个储墨腔 共同两侧的空腔 241、 242, 所述墨水流动通道装置设置于各储墨腔中。 实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于, 如图 6、 7、 8所示, 所述喷墨打印机墨盒包括 一个盒体 300, 盒体 300的顶盖 301上设置有呈向内凹进的豁口状的扣手凹槽, 所述扣 手凹槽位于顶盖 1靠近周边的区域, 开口朝向外, 所述扣手凹槽及其下部为可容纳用户 手指伸入的空间;设置有扣手凹槽的顶盖 301的外周边与相邻接的盒体 300的侧壁面的 水平截面的边沿重合, 即所述扣手凹槽的下方为一上下贯通的开口向外的通道。
所述墨盒包括两个扣手凹槽 361、362,分别设置于墨盒顶盖 301的相对两周边区域; 与两个扣手凹槽 361、 362相邻接的盒体 300的两侧壁面截面形状与相应的顶盖 301的 外周边轮廓形状重合。
在形成出墨口 304的这一侧附近的盒体 300的侧壁上, 设置有电路板安装架 308, 所述电路板安装架 308凸出于盒体 300的该侧壁外,电路板安装在电路板安装架 308上。 实施例四:
本实施例与实施例三不同之处在于, 如图 9、 10、 11所示, 本实施例的喷墨打印机 墨盒, 为一个具有多个相互隔离的储墨腔的多腔室墨盒, 优选地, 包括有三个储墨腔, 因此, 与三个储墨腔相应地分别设置有三个注墨孔、三个进气孔、 三个出墨口和三套墨 水流动通道装置。 上述所列具体实现方式为非限制性的, 对本领域的技术人员来说, 在不偏离本发明 范围内, 进行的各种改进和变化, 均属于本发明的保护范围。 例如, 墨盒腔室的数量, 扣手凹槽的形状以及结构的不需要经过创造性劳动可以作出的变化。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种喷墨打印机墨盒, 包括一个盒体, 所述盒体的内部设置有可存储墨水的储墨腔 以及墨水流动通道装置; 所述盒体的顶面为顶盖, 盒体四周的侧壁与底面连接为一体; 所述顶盖上设置有补充墨水时才打开的带有密封装置的注墨孔以及可平衡储墨腔内的 气压的进气孔; 所述盒体的底面靠近一侧边区域设置有出墨口; 其特征在于: 所述顶盖 上设置有呈向内凹进的豁口状的扣手凹槽, 所述扣手凹槽位于顶盖靠近周边的区域, 开 口朝向外位于顶盖的该侧周边上, 所述扣手凹槽及其下部为可容纳用户手指伸入的空 间; 所述墨水流动通道装置的入口与储墨腔连通, 所述墨水流动通道装置的出口连接所 述喷墨打印机墨盒出墨口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的喷墨打印机墨盒,其特征在于:所述墨盒包括两个扣手凹槽, 分别设置于墨盒顶盖的相对两周边区域; 所述喷墨打印机墨盒还包括有电路板, 所述电 路板安装在形成出墨口的这一侧附近的盒体的一个侧壁上,在电路板的外露表面上形成 多个用于连接到外部控制装置的触点;所述电路板设置有用于存储墨水容器中的墨水信 息的半导体存储装置, 所述多个触点把半导体存储装置电接触到打印设备上。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述墨盒包括两个扣手 凹槽(61 )、(62),分别设置于墨盒顶盖(1 )的相对两短周边区域;与两个扣手凹槽(61 )、
(62)相邻接的盒体(100)的两侧壁面同样设置有豁口(51 )、 ( 52);在所述盒体(100) 安装电路板(3) 的一端以及与其相对的另一端, 均设置有空腔(41 )、 (42), 扣手凹槽 (61 ) 与豁口 (51 )连接成空腔(41 ) 的开口, 扣手凹槽(62) 与豁口 (52)连接成空 腔(42) 的开口; 盒体(100)未设置空腔的另外的其一或两个长周边侧壁面(2) 的上 方与顶盖 (1 ) 的相应周边不完全对接, 即侧壁面 (2) 的上方轮廓线可在顶盖 (1 ) 的 相应周边的内部, 所述侧壁面 (2) 上还设置有阵列排列的防滑条紋 (21 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述扣手凹槽 (61 ) 和 扣手凹槽(62) 的形状相同, 或者所述扣手凹槽(61 ) 的尺寸大于扣手凹槽(62) 的尺 寸, 且所述扣手凹槽(61 )和扣手凹槽 (62) 的开口宽度均小于顶盖短边的宽度。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述扣手凹槽(61和扣手凹 槽(62的轮廓线为弧线或多折线; 所述扣手凹槽(61 )和扣手凹槽 (62)的对称中心线 与所述注墨孔(11 )和进气孔 (12) 的圆心的连线位于同一直线上。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述喷墨打印机墨盒, 为一个具有多个相互隔离的储墨腔的多腔室墨盒。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述喷墨打印机墨盒包括一 个盒体 (200), 所述盒体 (200) 的内部设置有三个相互隔离的可存储墨水的储墨腔, 每个储墨腔中均设置有单独的墨水流动通道装置;所述盒体(200)的顶面为顶盖(201 ), 盒体(200) 四周的侧壁与底面连接为一体; 所述顶盖(201 )上设置有补充墨水时才打 开的带有密封装置的三个注墨孔(211 )以及可平衡储墨腔内的气压的三个进气孔(12); 所述盒体 (200) 的底面靠近一侧边区域设置有三个出墨口 (204); 所述喷墨打印机墨 盒还包括有电路板 (203), 电路板(203)安装在形成出墨口 (204) 的这一侧附近的盒 体(200) 的一个侧壁上, 在电路板(203) 的外露表面上形成多个用于连接到外部控制 装置的触点 (231 ); 所述电路板 (203) 设置有用于存储墨水容器中的墨水信息的半导 体存储装置, 所述多个触点 (231 )把半导体存储装置电接触到打印设备上; 所述顶盖 (201 )上设置有呈向内凹进的豁口状的扣手凹槽, 所述扣手凹槽位于顶盖(201 )靠近 周边的区域, 开口朝向外位于顶盖的该侧周边上, 所述扣手凹槽及其下部为可容纳用户 手指伸入的空间; 所述墨水流动通道装置的入口与储墨腔连通, 所述墨水流动通道装置 的出口连接所述喷墨打印机墨盒出墨口 (204)。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述墨盒包括两个扣手凹槽
(261 )、(262),分别设置于墨盒顶盖(201 )的相对两短周边区域;与两个扣手凹槽(261 )、
(262) 相邻接的盒体 (200) 的两侧壁面同样设置有豁口 (251 )、 ( 252); 在所述盒体 (200)安装电路板(203)的一端以及与其相对的另一端,均设置有空腔(241 )、 (242 ), 扣手凹槽(261 )与豁口(251 )连接成空腔(241 )的开口,扣手凹槽(262)与豁口 (252) 连接成空腔 (242) 的开口。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述喷墨打印机墨盒包 括一个盒体(300), 所述盒体(300) 的顶盖(301 )上设置有呈向内凹进的豁口状的扣 手凹槽, 所述扣手凹槽位于顶盖靠近周边的区域, 开口朝向外, 所述扣手凹槽及其下部 为可容纳用户手指伸入的空间; 设置有扣手凹槽的顶盖 (301 ) 的外周边与相邻接的盒 体 (300) 的侧壁面的水平截面的边沿重合, 即所述扣手凹槽的下方为一上下贯通的开 口向外的通道。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的喷墨打印机墨盒, 其特征在于: 所述墨盒包括两个扣手 凹槽(361 )、 (362), 分别设置于墨盒顶盖(301 ) 的相对两周边区域; 与两个扣手凹槽 (361 )、 (362)相邻接的盒体(300) 的两侧壁面截面形状与相应的顶盖(301 ) 的外周 边轮廓形状重合; 在形成出墨口 (304) 的这一侧附近的盒体 (300) 的侧壁上, 设置有 电路板安装架 (308), 所述电路板安装架 (308) 凸出于盒体 (300) 的该侧壁外, 电路 板安装在电路板安装架 (308) 上; 所述喷墨打印机墨盒, 为一个具有单个或多个相互 隔离的储墨腔墨盒。
