Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de paiement et de distribution d'achats en ligne, qui permettent non seulement de maximiser les profits tout en assurant une gestion collective du paiement, de la distribution et de la médiation entre un centre commercial, une entreprise multimédia d'annonces publicitaires et une passerelle de paiement (PG) d'un marché en ligne, mais également d'augmenter la confiance mutuelle par un traitement transparent des paiements par un tiers. Le système de paiement et de distribution d'achats en ligne comprend au moins un serveur de centre commercial; au moins un serveur multimédia d'annonces publicitaires qui permet de publier des annonces publicitaires sur un site Web, et de connecter un terminal de consommateur à la PG; et la PG qui permet de connecter le terminal au serveur de centre commercial, de traiter le paiement pour des transactions effectuées dans le serveur de centre commercial, et de transmettre un fichier de performance associé à un nombre de connexions entre le terminal de consommateur et le serveur de centre commercial, ou sur la performance des transactions au serveur multimédia d'annonces publicitaires.
