Abstract
L'invention propose un agent de traitement ou de prévention de l'hyperuricémie, la goutte, les maladies intestinales inflammatoires, la néphropathie diabétique, la rétinite diabétique ou analogue très innovants et très sûrs. Ledit agent présente un excellent effet inhibiteur d'oxydase de xanthine obtenu par procédé de production industriellement utile et de production intermédiaire de celui-ci. Les inventeurs ont effectué des études en profondeur du procédé pour produire un dérivé d'acide triarylcarboxylique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un groupe azole carboxylique substitué et un groupe phényle substitué dans la position para d'un cycle du benzène et, de plus, un groupe cyano sur le cycle du benzène sur la base de la constatation que le composé a un effet inhibiteur d'oxydase de xanthine efficace. En conséquence, lesdits chercheurs ont constaté que le composé peut être efficacement obtenu par un procédé de liaison du groupe d'azole au cycle de benzène, ce qui est la base de la présente invention.
