Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich allgemein auf das Gebiet elektrischer Anschlussverbinder aus flüssigkristallinen Polymeren (LCP) zur Verwendung auf Leiterplatten. Anschlussverbinder gehören in ihrer Ausprägung einer Vielzahl von isolierten Verbindungselementen für Leiterplatten an, deren Gehäuse und konstruktive Einzelheiten sowie Mehrpoligkeit eine Vielzahl von Ausführungen und Varianten nach sich zieht, die jedoch aufgrund des sehr brüchigen Werkstoffs (LCP) eine besondere Ausgestaltung seines Aufbaus bedarf. Ein solcher Anschlussverbinder ist zum Beispiel als Grund- oder Stiftleiste ausgebildet, wobei die elektrische Grund- oder Stiftleiste aus einem ein- oder mehrteiligen Gehäuse mit einer Vielzahl von im Gehäuse angeordneten Kontaktstiften zur Verbindung elektrischer Steckverbindern mit elektrischen Leitern auf Leiterplatten gebildet wird und aufgrund der Steck- und Ziehbeanspruchung der Steckverbinder nicht unwesentliche Kräfte und in Lötverfahren mit höher schmelzenden Loten höhere Temperaturen aufnehmen muss.
