Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument à vibrations destiné à placer un élément de liaison dans un matériau de base poreux, ledit élément de liaison étant constitué, au moins partiellement, par un matériau qui, par apport d'énergie mécanique, peut être amené, au moins partiellement, en un état liquide. L'instrument à vibrations présente des moyens de production d'énergie mécanique, par exemple, sous forme d'ultrasons, énergie qui peut être transmise à l'élément de liaison, de façon que ce dernier soit ainsi amené, au moins partiellement, à l'état liquide. Dans cet état, l'élément de liaison est en mesure de pénétrer partiellement dans le matériau de base poreux, de façon à créer une liaison stable. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'instrument à vibrations est conçu pour obtenir, de façon constamment variable, une puissance (20) fournie sous forme d'énergie mécanique. Par exemple, il peut être prévu que le développement, en fonction du temps, de la puissance fournie (20) augmente 'en douceur' au début d'un processus de liaison. Ceci peut être obtenu notamment par une amplitude constamment variable (22) de l'énergie de vibration fournie.
