Abstract

　塗料漏れが長期間にわたって効果的に防止されるとともに、大掛かりな後加工を必要とせず、高品質な樹脂成形品を簡便に製造することが可能な型内被覆成形用金型を提供する。 　被覆面を有する樹脂成形品を射出成形可能な金型キャビティ５がその内部に形成される金型本体３０と、金型キャビティ５内の、樹脂成形品の被覆面に対応する部分に塗料を注入可能な塗料注入機５０とを備え、幅（Ｗ）が０．３～１ｍｍの溝部３が金型周縁部１５に形成されており、金型内周面２５と溝部３の型開き側内壁面２７とのなす角度（θ１）が３０～７０°である型内被覆成形用金型。
