Abstract
瞳孔測定装置1は、視標10と、赤外光源12L,12Rと、光路L1,L2に挿脱自在に設けられた遮蔽板13L,13Rと、レンズ14L,14Rと、両眼からの角膜反射光をそれぞれ撮像するカメラ18L,18Rと、瞳孔解析装置21とを備える。瞳孔解析装置21は、輻輳量算出部と、注視判定部とを備え、注視判定部は、遮蔽板13Rにより遮蔽されていない被検眼ELの瞳孔直径の変化率に基づき被検眼ELが計測時に視標10へ指向されているかを判定する。また、輻輳算出部は、遮蔽板13Rにより遮蔽されている被検眼ERの瞳孔位置の変化に基づき被検眼ERの輻輳量を算出する。これにより、測定結果の信頼性の向上を可能にした瞳孔測定装置が実現される。
