Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent comprenant une électrode positive et une électrode négative ainsi que, située entre ces deux électrodes et superposées de manière séquentielle à partir du côté électrode positive, au moins une couche de support de trous et une couche luminescente contenant des microparticules luminescentes nanocristallines, la couche de support de trous et la couche luminescente étant contigues entre elles et, la différence entre le potentiel de ionisation (IPHTL) du matériau de support de trous constituant la couche de support de trous et le potentiel de ionisation (IPNEP) des microparticules luminescentes nanocristallines satisfaisant à la formule suivante: |IPHTL - IPNEP| ≤ 1.0 [eV].
