Abstract

　電界を介して情報信号を伝送する人体などの伝送媒体（２）と、伝送媒体（２）に対して情報信号を変調した電界を付与する送信機を備えた携帯機器（１）と、伝送媒体（２）を介して電界を検出し、その電界を情報信号に復調する受信機を備えた固定機器（３）と、固定機器（３）を設置すると共に伝送媒体（２）が接触する床材（４Ａ）と、を具備し、床材（４）は、伝送媒体（２）が接触して、携帯機器（１）と固定機器（３）との間でデータ通信を行う通信領域（４１）を有し、通信領域（４１）が床材（４Ａ）のグランドに対して電気的に浮かせた状態である。
