Abstract

 単一回路で各種の符号化方式に対応した逆量子化を行うことができる汎用性の高い逆量子化回路、逆量子化方法及び画像再生装置を提供する。  第1の乗算値生成部10は、第1の乗算値M1を生成し、第2の乗算値生成部20は、第2の乗算値M2を生成し、シフト量生成部180は、ビットシフト量を示すシフト量データSFを生成し、乗算処理部140は、第1の乗算値M1及び第2の乗算値M2を量子化係数データCDに乗算し、シフト処理部170は、シフト量データSFに応じてビットシフト演算を行い、乗算処理部140及びシフト処理部170のうちの少なくとも1つは、演算処理を行うか否かを符号化方式に応じて決定し、第1の乗算値生成部10、第2の乗算値生成部20及びシフト量生成部180のうちの少なくとも1つは、生成する値又は値の生成方法を符号化方式に応じて決定する。
