Description

Description
A FIXING DEVICE FOR ROTATING HONEY COMB
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a fixing device for fixing a cylindrical unit mounted in a rotating drum, and in particular, relates to a fixing device for a rotating honey comb including a pair of fixing rods mounted and fixed at a position inclined by a predetermined width from a central axis of a rotating drum, wherein a cylindrical unit inserted between the fixing rods does not penetrate into other side due to a biased fixing rod, and thus fixing is maintained; the cylindrical unit is fixed by mounting a fixing unit on a side where a penetration may be possible, or the cylindrical unit is pulled out by removing the fixing unit. Background Art
[2] The fixing device included in a conventional honey comb consists of four fixing rods which are arranged with a constant interval between them, and uses a method pulling a mounted cylindrical unit by removing and attaching one unit from four fixing rods. But, in such a fixing rod, since a plurality of fixing rods made by a steel material are fixed to a drum, respectively, and thus the weight of the cylindrical unit becomes heavy, they are detached individually, and bent. As a result, a space is formed, and thus, there existed a problem that the mounted cylindrical unit is shaken during rotation.
[3] On the other hand, a plurality of projection hooks of a saw type are formed on the fixing rods with a constant interval between them in order to adjust the interval of the cylindrical units inserted between both drums, and the cylindrical units with a constant interval between them among the projection hooks are mounted and fixed for preventing the cylindrical units from being moved to a left or right directions.
[4] But, in a method for fixing such a cylindrical unit, there was a problem that a cylindrical unit should be inserted into a projection hook and should be mounted only in a vertical direction when mounting or pulling out a cylindrical unit. Therefore, when pulling out a cylindrical unit, the bees attached on both sides of the cylindrical unit is dropped or damaged since they contact with the lateral sides of other cylindrical units.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem
[5] Therefore, the present invention is devised to address the above-mentioned problems, and the firs object of the present invention is to provide a fixing device which is mounted securely even if a small number of fixing units are included for preventing rotation and movement of a cylindrical unit. [6] The second object of the present invention is to provide a cylindrical unit including an interval maintenance means for maintaining the interval among the mounted cylindrical units, and for removing a projection hook of a fixing unit so that the cylindrical units are arranged separately from each other in one lateral side of a left direction and a right direction when an user wants to pull out a cylindrical unit after mounting and fixing the cylindrical units, and a drum.
[7] The third object of the present invention is to provide an improved fixing means for fixing the cylindrical unit so that it can not be moved in a left or a right direction even if a space is formed since a small number of the cylindrical units are inserted between the drums. Technical Solution
[8] The device according to the objects of the present invention includes the drums rotated on both sides; and at least more than two fixing rods for connecting an interval between the drums. Here, the fixing rods can be mounted in a biased manner by a predetermined width in one direction of a central axis of the drum, and a circumferential surface can be fixed and mounted via the cylindrical units mounted among the fixing rods. At this time, a plane unit of a predetermined width can be formed on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical unit for fixing the fixing rods.
[9] On the other hand, a plurality of concave grooves can be formed on both sides of the fixing rods, and movements in a left and a right directions of the mounted cylindrical units can be prevented by connecting the concave grooves on both sides via a long rod. The intervals of the mounted cylindrical units can be adjusted uniformly by forming projections of a constant size on both drums and a lateral side of the cylindrical units.
[10] Further, since a detachable fixing unit is mounted for pulling out or fixing the cylindrical units fixed via the fixing rod, the fixing unit maintains the intervals of both drums, and a hook unit is mounted on one side of a drum for preventing the fixing force from being weakened even when the heavy loads are applied on the fixing unit. Thus, the fixing unit is fixed securely via the hook unit.
Advantageous Effects
[11] There are effects that a small number of fixing rods are required, the whole weight of the present invention is reduced, rotation/movements of the fixing rods can be prevented, and as a result, the bees do not suffer from stresses and then efficiency of apiculture can be enhanced remarkably.
[12] Further, since it is possible to arrange them separately from each other with a constant interval among them in one direction of a left and a right directions when pulling out the cylindrical units after mounting the cylindrical units, there are effects that it is possible to protect the bees attached on both sides of the cylindrical units from damages, and efficiency of apiculture can be enhanced remarkably because of reduced stresses. [13] On the other hand, there is an advantage that the cylindrical unit can be fixed firmly so that it can not be moved in a left or a right directions even if a space is formed since a small number of the cylindrical units are inserted between the drums.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[35] Below, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained in more detail with referring to the attached drawings.
[36] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the present invention consists of drums 1OA, 1OB which can rotate inside a beehive 1 having a body frame that can be removed in a upper direction and a lower direction, and a plurality of cylindrical units 30 which can rotate via the drums.
[37] The drums 1OA, 1OB and the cylindrical units 30 will be explained in detail as follows. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the cylindrical drums 1OA, 1OB arranged with a constant interval among them on both sides of a left and a right direction, and at least more than two fixing rods 20 for connecting the cylindrical drums 1OA, 1OB are included in the present invention. Here, according to the present invention, as illustrated as an embodiment of the fixing rods 20 in FIG. 3, a frame having a approximately rectangular shape is formed through a process for bending a steel plate of a constant length. Both sides of the fixing rods 20 formed in this are mounted and fixed inside the drums 1OA, 1OB, respectively. The left and right frame 2OA of such a fixing rod 20 are hooked on a reinforcement member A of the drums 1OA, 1OB after traversing across the interior sides of the drums 1OA, 1OB, and are fixed to the drums 1OA, 1OB by using the fixing members such as a bolt, or a nut, or a screw. When forming the fixing rods 20 as a rectangular shape, it was clearly described that a bending process is employed. But, this process is one example for molding a metal such as a steel and it is different injection-molding methods may be employed.
[38] Here, when mounting the fixing rods on the drums 1OA, 1OB, since they are mounted such that they can be biased by a predetermined width from a central axis to a downward direction, the width of the fixing rods 20 of a lower side is formed more narrowly as compared with that of a upper side. Therefore, the cylindrical unit 30 which are inserted between the drums 1OA, 1OB, and then mounted securely via the fixing rods 20 can be pulled out or mounted securely in the upper direction, but they can not be dropped to the lower direction via the fixing rods 20.
[39] At this time, as illustrated in FIG. 4, as a means for improving coupling force between the fixing rods 20 and the cylindrical unit 30, a fixing hook 31 in which both sides contacting with the fixing rods 20 among the circumferential surfaces of the cylin drical unit 30 are formed flatly is included. Thus, the fixing rods 20 contacts with the fixing hook 31 side by side and are fixed. Here, the fixing hook 31 is formed at a position biased by a predetermined width from a central axis to a downward direction, and the cylindrical units 30 can be mounted easily by allowing the fixing hook 31 of both sides to have a tilt angle 33 in a lower side. [40] In this way, after inserting and mounting the cylindrical units 30 via the fixing rods
20 of both sides so that they can not be rotated, since the fixing unit 40 traverses a groove unit of 34 the upper side of the cylindrical units 30, connects and fixes the drums 1OA, 1OB of both sides, even when the inserted cylindrical units 30 rotates together with the drums 1OA, 1OB, they can not move upward and downward.
[41] Here, the fixing unit 40 will be explained in detail as below. As illustrated in FIG.
5, it includes projection units 41 having constant lengths and having a downward lengths at both ends. The projection units 41 are inserted into the fixing groove 11 formed on the upper side of the drums 1OA, 1OB for adjusting the interval between the drums 1OA, 1OB, and the fixing unit 40 is fixed by rotating a hook unit 12 on one side of the drums 1OA, 1OB where the fixing unit 40 is mounted, and then pressing the uppers side of both ends of the fixing unit 40. At this time, since a hook 12A is formed on one side of the hook unit 12, it can be inserted into a hook groove 13 formed on a lateral side of the drums 1OA, 1OB by a predetermined depth. Here, a structure for coupling the projection units 41 and the fixing groove 11 of the present invention is an embodiment that coupling is made by insertion. In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 6, a concave groove 41 A may be formed on a bottom side of the fixing unit 40, and the projection 1 IA may be formed on the circumferential surface of the drums 1OA, 1OB so that the person in the related art can implement the present invention easily. According to the cases, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the fixing unit 40 where a pair of fixing projections 41B inserted into both sides of the drums 1OA, 1OB are formed can be realized.
[42] In connection with such a fixing unit 40, the drums 1OA, 1OB are not twisted via the projection units 41 of both ends, and the coupling force is not reduced and then removed even if the weight of the cylindrical unit 30 becomes heavy since it is fixed via the hook unit 12.
[43] On the other hand, according to the present invention, a predetermined number of the cylindrical units 30 can be mounted between two drums 1OA, 1OB having a constant width, or sometimes, a long rod 22 can be included so that necessary minimum number of the cylindrical units 30 can be mounted securely by insertion and be used safely.
[44] The long rod 22 connects the fixing rods 20 of both sides, and then sticks them to one side of the cylindrical units 30 so that the mounted cylindrical units 30 can not be moved in a left and a right direction. For this purpose, a plurality of concave grooves
21 having a constant interval among them are formed on the fixing rods 20.
[45] These concave grooves 21 can be formed as the groove unit in which an outside is sealed so that it can not penetrate into the fixing rod 20. But, it is more preferable that a chin unit 21 A of a constant width is formed by forming an inner radius of an exterior side smaller as compared with that of an interior side, and a ventilation hole 2 IB is formed on an outside via the chin unit 2 IA. This structure is used for blocking a rotation problem from being generated due to the long rod 22 during rotation of the cylindrical units 30, and for preventing foreign materials introduced into the concave grooves 21 via the ventilation 2 IB on an outside from being accumulated by preventing both ends of the long rod 22 from penetrating into the fixing rods 20 and then, projecting to the outside. Here, the long rod 22 is bent by the force of an user, and both ends thereof are inserted into the concave grooves 21 of both sides, and then it is recovered by an elastic force and fixed.
[46] In this way, an adequate number of the cylindrical units 30 are mounted by the long rod 22, and it is possible to prevent the cylindrical units 30 from being moved in a left and a right direction by fixing the long rod 22 to lateral side of the mounted cylindrical units 30. When pulling out the cylindrical units 30, it is possible to prevent the bees attached on the cylindrical units 30 from being dropped or damaged by removing the long rod 22, shifting the cylindrical units 30 by a predetermined width in one direction of a left and a right direction, and raising the cylindrical units 30.
[47] On the other hand, as illustrated in FIG. 8, in the drums 1OA, 1OB and the cylindrical units 30, since at least more than one projection 50 is formed on one side thereof, the interval among the cylindrical units 30 can be adjusted without a additional interval adjusting means for adjusting the interval among the cylindrical units 30 mounted between the drums 1OA, 1OB. Mode for the Invention
[48] First of all, as illustrated in FIG. 9, a upper side of the drums 1OA, 1OB is opened/ closed by removing a upper cover of a beehive 1. At least more than one prepared cylindrical units 30 are inserted between the drums 1OA, 1OB and is mounted on the fixing rod 20. At this time, a fixing hook 31 formed in the cylindrical units 30 contacts with the fixing rods 20 of both sides side by side and is fixed to the fixing rods 20. The fixing hook 31 sticks to the drums 1OA, 1OB by moving the fixing hook 31 in a left and a right direction.
[49] Here, the cylindrical units 30 and the drums 1OA, 1OB are fitted at a constant interval via a projection 50 formed on one side of each of the cylindrical units 30 and the drums 1OA, 1OB. The fixing rods of both sides are connected via the long rod 22 so that the cylindrical units 30 can not move in a lateral direction to the remaining spaces after mounting the prepared cylindrical units 30 sequentially by insertion and sticking them to one side. [50] The long rod 22 is a hard line in which bending and restoration are executed by an elastic force. The long rod 22 is inserted by bending so that both ends of the long rod 22 can be inserted into a plurality of concave grooves 21 having a constant interval and formed on both sides of the fixing rod. It is restored to an original shape by an elastic force and then is fixed to the concave grooves 21.
[51] According to such a method for fixing the cylindrical units 30, since the interval of the concave grooves 21 is formed at an insertion position of the cylindrical units 30, even when at least more than one cylindrical unit 30 is mounted securely, it is possible to fix the cylindrical units 30 in a lateral direction by the long rod 22.
[52] On the other hand, after preventing the cylindrical units 30 which is inserted and then mounted by using the fixing rods 20 and the long rod 22 from being moved in a left, a right and a downward direction, a fixing unit 40 is mounted for preventing movements of the cylindrical units 30 in a upward direction. Here, an embodiment in which the fixing unit 40 is fixed by connecting the drums 1OA, 1OB can be implemented, but a various kinds of fixing units 40 can be realized. In the present invention, distortion can be prevented so that the drums 1OA, 1OB of both sides can be maintained in a parallel state, and even if weight is increased, coupling is not released.
[53] The fixing unit 40 will be explained in detail as follows. The projections units 41 of both ends are inserted into the fixing groove 11 formed on the drums 1OA, 1OB, respectively. The hook 12A of the hook unit 12 is inserted into the hook groove 13 of a lateral side of the drums 1OA, 1OB by a predetermined depth so that the drums 1OA, 1OB can rotate. Therefore, even if the fixing unit 40 is moved downward, it is not removed.
[54] On the other hand, in the FIG. 2 and FIG. 8 illustrated as the embodiments of the present invention, the long rod 22 is mounted at a position which is separated from the cylindrical units 30 by a constant interval, but these drawings illustrate an application example of a long rod 22. The long rod 22 is inserted into the concave grooves 21 in the vicinity of on a lateral side where the cylindrical units 30 is mounted by insertion, and sticks to the cylindrical units 30 in order to prevent movements of a left and a right direction of the cylindrical units 30.
[55] Since the present invention is a means for fixing the cylindrical units which has a simplified structure, can be fixed firmly, and can be easily detached, it can be used widely in a field of a rotating honey comb. Industrial Applicability
[56] There are effects that a small number of fixing rods are required, the whole weight of the present invention is reduced, rotation/movements of the fixing rods can be prevented, and as a result, the bees do not suffer from stresses and then efficiency of apiculture can be enhanced remarkably.
