Abstract

　上部が開口された凹所を形成する杓体を備えてなる液状食品のすくい用具において、杓体には、この杓体を貫通して凹所の内部空間と外部とを連通させる少なくとも一つの貫通孔が形成されている。また、貫通孔の開口は、凹所の内面と、杓体の上端外周縁によって形成される平面との間に位置している。この液状食品のすくい用具によれば、すくい取った汁のうち上部に浮いた油分のみを減少させることができる。
