Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dérivés de mutiline représentés par la formule générale (I) qui sont utiles comme agents antimicrobiens contre les bactéries multirésistantes aux antibiotiques; et des intermédiaires pour leur production. Dans la formule générale (I), R1 représente un vinyle ou équivalent; P1 représente H, un groupe protecteur de la fonction hydroxyle, ou équivalent; R2 et R3 représentent chacun H ou équivalent; G représente un alkylène de faible poids moléculaire; A représente une liaison simple ou équivalent; Q1 représente un hétérocycle saturé; R4 et R5 représentent chacun H, un alkyle de faible poids moléculaire, ou équivalent; et W est un groupe représenté par la formule générale (W-1), un groupe protecteur de la fonction amino, ou H; Dans la formule générale (W-1), B représente -CO- ou équivalent; X représente un alkylène de faible poids moléculaire ou équivalent; Z1 représente CH ou équivalent; Z2, Z3 et Z4 représentent chacun N ou équivalent; et Y1 et Y2 représentent chacun H, un amino, un groupe représenté par la formule générale (Y-1), ou équivalent; et dans la formule générale (Y-1), Q2 représente un hétérocycle saturé; et R7 et R8 représentent chacun H, un alkyle de faible poids moléculaire, ou équivalents.
