Abstract

　磁歪を有する磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２と、前記磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２に近接した永久磁石３０、３５、１１３と、前記磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２に関して前記永久磁石３０、３５、１１３と反対側における漏れ磁束を検知する磁気センサ４０、１０４Ａ、１０４Ｂと、を備え、前記磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２に作用する応力に依存して変化する漏れ磁束の変化を前記磁気センサ４０、１０４Ａ、１０４Ｂによって検知することによって、前記磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２に作用する応力を検出する磁歪式応力センサ１１、１２、１３、１４、１５、１６において、前記磁性部材２０、１０７、１０８、１０９、１１０、１１１、１１２に作用する応力の方向２１、１０８Ａ、１０９Ａと、前記永久磁石３０、３５、１１３の着磁方向３１、３１、１１３Ａとが、ほぼ直交していることを特徴とする磁歪式応力センサ１１、１２、１３、１４、１５、１６。
