Abstract

 磁歪を有する磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112と、前記磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112に近接した永久磁石30、35、113と、前記磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112に関して前記永久磁石30、35、113と反対側における漏れ磁束を検知する磁気センサ40、104A、104Bと、を備え、前記磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112に作用する応力に依存して変化する漏れ磁束の変化を前記磁気センサ40、104A、104Bによって検知することによって、前記磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112に作用する応力を検出する磁歪式応力センサ11、12、13、14、15、16において、前記磁性部材20、107、108、109、110、111、112に作用する応力の方向21、108A、109Aと、前記永久磁石30、35、113の着磁方向31、31、113Aとが、ほぼ直交していることを特徴とする磁歪式応力センサ11、12、13、14、15、16。
