Abstract

 磁気センサー素子と磁気媒体間のギャップ変動が小さく、組み立てが容易で、部品点数が少なく、耐摺動性が高く、衝撃等の外力に対しても安定した磁気エンコーダーを開示する。磁気センサーの保持機構の構造を、往復摺動相対移動方向を回転軸とする回転に対する弾性と、往復相対移動方向に垂直で且つ磁気媒体に平行な方向を回転軸とする回転に対する弾性を有し、センサー素子に垂直な方向に対し弾性を有する渦巻き状板ばね構造とし、50mN以上800mN以下の範囲で磁気媒体に押し付ける荷重を与える。
