Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a head device with high reliability and less time aging change against temperature and humidity, by supporting a head element with a damper consisting of a laminated construction body made of an elastic body constituted of plate springs and a visco-elastic body constituted of rubber. CONSTITUTION:A damper 24 provided at the tail end of a cunti-lever 22 is constituted with a plate spring 25 made of metal and a rubber plate 26 of bellows construction. The rubber plate 26 has a spiral notch 29 at the external circumference of a center hole 27a of the surface. The amplitude can be taken larger with this spiral notch 29 and has an advantage not causing an axial torsional vibration, and the plate is a composite of the rubber plate 26 and the plate spring 25, then the time aging change against temperature and humidity can be made less with high reliability for the head device.
