Abstract

Die Dekontaminationsanordnung (2) ist für einen Reinraum (14, 34) innerhalb eines Isolators (1) oder einer Schleuse (3) und für temporär in den Reinraum (14, 34) einbringbares Behandlungsgut bestimmt. Der Reinraum (14, 34) hat einen Boden (102, 302). Die Dekontaminationsanordnung (2) umfasst zunächst einen Vorratsbehälter (20) für ein im Normalzustand flüssiges Dekontaminationsmittel sowie eine Verdampfervorrichtung (23) mit einem beheizbaren Verdampfer (24), der eine Verdampferzelle (240) besitzt. Eine erste Vorlaufleitung (209) führt vom Vorratsbehälter (20) zur Verdampferzelle (240). In der ersten Vorlaufleitung (209) ist ein Förderaggregat (21) zum Transport des Dekontaminationsmittels in die Verdampferzelle (240) angeordnet. Von einer Drucklufteinheit (22) führt eine zweite Vorlaufleitung (229) in die Verdampferzelle (240). Eine Strömungsverbindung (290, 298) erstreckt sich von der Verdampferzelle (240) in den Reinraum (14, 34), welche zur Einleitung des in der Verdampferzelle (240) erzeugten dampfförmigen Dekontaminationsmittels dient. Die Strömungsverbindung (290, 298) ist von einer an die Verdampferzelle (240) angeschlossenen Düse (29) mit deren inneren Hohlraum (290) und der davon sich fortsetzenden Mündung (298) gebildet. Die Düse (29) besitzt einen Kopf (297), aus welchem die Mündung (298) austritt, und hat einen Schaft (291), der den Boden (102, 302) hin zur Verdampferzelle (240) durchragt.
