Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de protéines hydrolysées de riz, et de dérivés de celles-ci. Les dérivés utiles comprennent des sels d'ammonium quaternaire de protéines et/ou d'acides aminés de riz. Les protéines hydrolysées de riz sont utiles dans des produits cosmétiques : shampooings, gels capillaires, mousses capillaires, gels de douche et de bain, savons liquides, lingettes humides, lotions cutanées, protections solaires, et analogues.
