Abstract

 光出力制御装置は、励起レーザ光を波長変換する波長変換素子と、前記波長変換素子を温度制御する加熱・冷却器と、前記波長変換素子の温度を検出する温度検出器と、温度目標値と前記温度検出値とが一致するように前記加熱・冷却器を制御する温度制御器と、前記波長変換素子の光出力を検出する光出力検出器と、前記光出力検出器によって検出した前記光出力と前記温度検出器によって検出した前記温度検出値とから、前記光出力を最大にする温度を求めて、前記温度検出値との温度差を出力する光出力最大化制御器と、前記光出力最大化制御器からの出力である温度差を前記温度目標値に加算する加算器と、を備え、前記温度目標値に前記温度差を加算して温度目標値を補正して前記光出力を最大にする温度に制御する。
