Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une puce pour trieur de cellules et à un trieur de cellules qui exécute la séparation et l'analyse de chaque cellule individuelle, et exécute la séparation et la récupération de chacune de ces cellules. Des mesures comparatives peuvent ainsi être effectuées, et porter sur des états métaboliques des cellules, des variations des réponses cellulaires après stimulation pharmacologique, etc. Par ailleurs, la séparation cellulaire basée sur les mesures comparatives permet d'obtenir une purification précise des cellules en fonction de leur phénotype. En outre, les mesures comparatives portant sur les états métaboliques des cellules, les variations des réponses des cellules après leur stimulation, etc. peuvent être effectuées en prenant des clichés instantanés des cellules passant par un canal d'écoulement au moins deux fois à un intervalle de temps donné et en mesurant la quantité de variation dans les cellules (par exemple, la vitesse de métabolisme) se produisant entre deux clichés instantanés. La séparation cellulaire peut être effectuée à partir des résultats obtenus lors des mesures comparatives.
