Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Brennstoffzellensystem (10) mit einem Reformer (12) zum Erzeugen eines Reformats aus Brennstoff und Oxidationsmittel, einer Brennstoffzelle (22) zum Umsetzen des Reformats in abgereichertes Reformat und elektrische Energie, und einem Rezirkulationsstrang (30) zum teilweisen Zurückführen des abgereicherten Reformats zum Reformer (12). Dabei zeichnet sich die Erfindung in vorteilhafter Weise dadurch aus, dass eine Fördereinrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist, mittels der sowohl der Brennstoff als auch das abgereicherte Reformat des Rezirkulationsstranges (30) dem Reformer (12) zuführbar sind. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Betreiben solch eines Brennstoffzellensystems (10).
