Abstract
Dans un double vitrage ayant deux plaques de verre disposées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre avec un espacement donné entre les deux, un film à faible résistance composé de, laminés de façon successive, un premier film d'Ag, un second film d'oxyde métallique, un second film d'Ag et un troisième film d'oxyde métallique, est disposé sur le côté couche creuse de celui-ci. Chacun parmi le premier film d'oxyde métallique, le second film d'oxyde métallique et le troisième film d'oxyde métallique est un film d'oxyde métallique composé principalement d'un film de ZnO. L'angle de diffraction de pic de diffraction par face cristalline (002) du film de ZnO est de 33,9 ° ou moins. Chacune des plaques de verre a une épaisseur de 3 mm ou plus, et, sur la base de la somme, t1, des épaisseurs des deux plaques de verre, le rapport de transmission de lumière visible du double vitrage est d'au moins (70,0 - 0,3 × t1) % et le rapport d'acquisition de la chaleur de rayonnement solaire de celui-ci est de 0,38 ou au-dessous.
