Abstract
無線タグ側で容易にMPSK変調サブキャリア信号を返送する方法に加えて、無線タグリーダ側でその変調波を精度良く復調するための通信プロトコルや回路方式を実現することができ、無線タグから無線ダグリーダへのデータ伝送の長距離化と高速化を実現することができ、かつ無線タグの長寿命化を実現することができる無線タグシステムを提供する。 無線タグリーダ40と無線タグ20,30との間で無線通信を行う無線タグシステムであって、前記無線タグ20,30側においては共振型昇圧回路23,33を備え、無線タグリーダ40からの質問キャリア周波数foからfsだけ周波数オフセットしたサブキャリア信号に返送情報を乗せ、無線タグリーダ40側においては直交検波補償回路54を有し、サンプリング周波数4fsの発信回路55を備えていることによって無線タグから無線タグリーダへのデータ伝送の長距離化と高速化を実現する。また、無線タグにはパルス符号化鍵検出回路34を備え、少なくとも2組の充放電時定数回路と、それぞれに接続する2組のコンパレータ及び入力信号と、これら2組のコンパレータ出力の論理積によって外部からの入力パルス幅が一定範囲内であるか否かを外部からの入力信号電力数μWのみで他の電源を用いることなく判定することによって無線タグの長寿命化を実現する。
