Abstract

【課題】　弾性接触子のばね定数を大きくすることができ、しかも高密度実装に適したコンタクトシートを提供すること。 【解決手段】　周囲をコンタクトシート１９上で且つ複数の開口穴１９ａで囲まれた固定領域１９Ａに、弾性接触子２０の支持部２１を形成する。支持部２１は、周囲に設けられた開口穴１９ａの外周部に沿って前記固定領域１９Ａのほぼ全域に形成される。支持部２１の面積が広がるため、弾性接触子２０をコンタクトシート１９に対して強固に固定することができる。このため、弾性腕２２のばね定数を大きくすることが可能となる。また配列ピッチＰを狭めても、固定領域１９Ａを確保することができるため、弾性接触子２０の実装密度を高めることができる。
