Abstract

 本発明にかかる排ガス処理装置は、ボイラから排出される排ガス16中の窒素酸化物及び水銀をアンモニア脱硝触媒で除去する排ガス処理装置であって、ボイラの燃焼ガス11のガス煙道10aに設けられたエコノマイザ15の入口近傍又はエコノマイザ15をバイパスして高温の燃焼ガス11を後流側に迂回させるエコノマイザバイパス部15aのいずれか一方又は両方に、塩化アンモニウム(NH4Cl)を粉体状で供給する塩化アンモニウム供給部101を設けてなり、前記塩化アンモニウムを燃焼ガス11の高温雰囲気温度により昇華させて、塩化水素及びアンモニアを排ガス煙道102内に供給してなる。本発明により、排ガス処理設備の省略化ができる。
