当所述 CSCF 判断出所述被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户后, 则将所述呼 叫请求发送给 MRBT AS , 该 MRBT AS接收到所述呼叫请求后, 根据呼叫请求 中 Support头域中包含的所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标 识确定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 则根据所述被叫终端标识将该呼叫 请求发送给对应的被叫终端。 当被叫终端接收到所述呼叫请求后, 根据呼叫请 求中的正常媒体请求进行正常媒体协商, 然后将响应消息返回给 MRBT AS, 该 响应消息可以为 183响应消息, 其中包含了正常媒体响应消息 (Answer )。
所述 MRBT AS 可以在向所述被叫终端发送所述呼叫请求的时候同时向 MRBT MRS发送 Invite消息, 当 MRBT AS向 MRBT MRS发送 Invite消息后, 该 MRBT MRS则向 MRBT AS返回 200应答消息, 消息中携带彩铃早期媒体请 求。但是,若主叫终端不支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体和可靠响应业务,则 MRBT AS 认为主叫终端不支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体,就不向 MRBT MRS发送 Invite消息, 也就不进行后续的多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商过程。
当 MRBT AS将接收到的被叫终端返回的所述 183响应消息时,在该 183响 应消息中插入所述彩铃早期媒体请求, 并通过 CSCF将 183响应消息发送给主 叫终端, 此时, 该 183响应消息中不仅包含被叫终端返回的正常媒体响应消息, 还包含彩铃早期媒体请求。
步骤 103: 所述网络侧与所述主叫用户终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 若协商成功, 则向所述主叫用户终端播放多媒体彩铃。 主叫终端接收到所述 183 响应后, 进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 该协商 方法可以为: 主叫终端判断 183 响应消息中的彩铃早期媒体请求中包含的编码 类型, 根据自身能力进行匹配, 并将匹配后的协商结果返回给 MRBT AS。
在实现本发明实施例时, 主叫终端必须支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 进行多 媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 但不依赖被叫终端是否支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体。 主 叫终端接收到 MRBT AS发送的彩铃早期媒体请求、 被叫终端返回的 Answer消 息、 被叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识后, 已经确定被叫终 端已完成正常媒体协商, 然后判断自身能否支持所述彩铃早期媒体请求, 如格 式是否匹配、 数据编解码方式和能力是否匹配等, 若能够满足要求, 即协商完 成后, 将临时可靠响应 (PRACK )通过CSCF发送给MRBT AS, 在该 PRACK 中包含彩铃早期媒体应答( MRBTAnswer ), 当然,若主叫终端接收到的所述 183 消息中不包含彩铃早期媒体请求, 则返回的的应答信号中将不包含彩铃早期媒 体应答。 若呼叫请求中不包含主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力 标识, 且被叫终端必须资源预留时, 则被叫终端可以返回客户端错误 (4XX ) 响应, 此时呼叫结束。 另外, 如果被叫终端不为 IMS网络终端而是传统终端, 如固话终端, 则可以返回 180响应消息。
当 MRBT AS与主叫终端成功进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商后, MRBT AS 将 PRACK发送给被叫终端 , 并将确认消息发送给 MRBT MRS , 该确认消息中 包含了彩铃早期媒体协商结果。被叫终端接收到 PRACK后向 MRBT AS返回临 时可靠响应应答, MRBT AS将此临时可靠响应应答通过 CSCF发送给主叫终端。 当主叫终端和被叫终端建立连接后,被叫终端再向 MRBT AS发送 180响应, 指 示可以开始振铃, MRBT AS将此 180响应发送给主叫终端, 则 MRBT AS向 MRBT MRS发送通告信号, 则 MRBT MRS开始向主叫终端播放彩铃, 在本实 施例中, 所述通告信号可以为通告(Info )信号。
当被叫终端摘机时,被叫终端向 MRBT AS发送 200响应,告知此时开始通 话,不再播放彩铃, MRBT AS将此 200响应发送给主叫终端。 MRBT AS向 MRBT MRS发送结束(BYE ) 消息, 指示结束彩铃早期媒体的播放, 则 MRBT MRS 停止播放彩铃, 并向 MRBT AS返回 200响应消息。
另外, 若主叫终端和被叫终端要求在进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体时有资源预 留, 则在被叫终端发送 180 响应来指示可以开始振铃前, 主叫终端在完成主叫 侧资源预留后通过 CSCF向 MRBT AS发送更新 (Update ) 消息, 该 MRBT AS 将此更新消息发送给被叫终端, 并接收被叫终端返回的更新应答消息, 再将此 更新应答消息通过 CSCF发送给主叫终端。 当被叫终端摘机时, 被叫终端发送 所述 200响应还用于要求系统释放预留的早期媒体资源。
通过上述对本发明实施例 1 中实现多媒体彩铃业务的步骤流程的描述, 本 发明实施例还提供一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的系统, 如图 2 所示, 该系统包括 主叫终端和网络侧, 其中, 主叫终端用于将呼叫请求发送给所述网络侧, 并与 该网络侧进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 该呼叫请求中包括被叫终端标识、 主 叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识; 网络侧用于根据所述被叫 终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户, 并根据所述主叫终端支持早期 会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 与 所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商 , 并向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩 铃。
所述网络侧还用于根据保存的被叫终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关 系, 判断所述被叫终端标识是否有对应的彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终 端为多媒体彩铃业务用户。

参见图 4所示, 本发明实施例 2中实现多媒体彩振业务的步骤流程示意图, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 : 主叫终端将呼叫请求发送给网络侧, 所述呼叫请求包括主叫终端 标识和被叫终端标识;
同实施例 1相似, 在本实施例中, 所述网络侧可以包括 IMS核心网、 多媒 体彩振应用服务器( MCID AS )和多媒体彩振资源服务器( MCID MRS ) ,且 IMS 核心网包括 CSCF。
当呼叫开始时, 主叫终端首先将呼叫请求发送给所述 CSCF, 该呼叫请求中 包含了被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识, 该呼叫请求可以是通过 Invite 消息发送 的。 该呼叫请求中还可以包括 Offer、 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响 应能力标识。
步骤 402:所述网络侧才艮据所述主叫终端标识确定所述主叫终端为多媒体彩 振业务用户, 并根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体。
所述 CSCF接收到所述呼叫请求后, 根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩振业 务的定制关系, 判断所述主叫终端标识是否有对应的彩振业务, 若是, 则确定 主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户。
当所述 CSCF 判断出所述主叫终端为多媒体彩振用户后, 则将所述呼叫请 求发送给所述 MCID AS, 该 MCID AS接收到所述呼叫请求后, 需要判断所述 被叫终端是否支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 该判断方法可以为: MCID AS在所述 呼叫请求中添加要求支持早期媒体业务能力的标识: early-session, 然后将该呼 叫请求发送给被叫终端, 被叫终端接收到所述呼叫请求后, 如果支持早期媒体 业务能力, 则根据呼叫请求中的正常媒体请求进行正常媒体协商, 然后将响应 消息返回给 MCID AS, 该响应消息可以为 183响应消息, 其中包含了 Answer 消息, MCID AS将该 183响应消息通过 CSCF发送给主叫终端。 如果不支持早 期媒体业务能力, 则返回 420 Bad Extension , 那么 MCID AS认为被叫终端不支 持多媒体彩振业务, 将不会进行后续的多媒体彩振早期媒体协商过程。 所述 early-session标识可以添力口到支持 ( Require ) 头域中。
步骤 403: 所述网络侧与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 并向 所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像。
当 MCID AS确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户, 且被叫终端支持多媒体 彩振早期媒体后, 向 MCID MRS发送 Invite消息, 则 MCID MRS向 MCID AS 返回 200响应消息, 该 200响应消息中包含彩振早期媒体请求。 主叫终端接收 到所述 183消息后, 将通过 CSCF向 MCID AS返回 PRACK, 然后, MCID AS 将所述彩振早期媒体请求插入所述接收到得 PRACK中,并将该 PRACK发送给 被叫终端,与被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商,该协商过程可以为: MCID AS向被叫终端发送 PRACK消息, 该 PRACK消息中包含所述彩振早期媒体请 求、 主叫终端发送的主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识, 若 主叫终端在呼叫请求中没有包含, 则 MCID AS将这两个标识插入该 PRACK消 息中。 被叫终端接收到 MCID AS发送的 PRACK消息后, 根据自身能力进行彩 振早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则向 MCID AS发送临时可靠响应应答, 在该临 时可靠响应应答中包含彩振早期媒体应答( MCID Answer )。
当 MCID AS与被叫终端成功进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商后, MCID AS 将临时可靠响应应答通过 CSCF发送主叫终端,并向 MCID MRS发送确认消息, 该确认消息中包含彩振早期媒体协商结果 MCIDAnswer。 当主叫终端和被叫终 端建立连接后, 被叫终端向 MCID AS发送 180响应, 指示可以开始振铃, 则 MCID AS通过 CSCF向主叫终端发送所述 180响应。 然后, MCID AS向 MCID MRS发送通告信号, 则 MCID MRS开始向被叫终端播放彩像, 在本实施例中, 所述通告信号可以为 Info信号。
当被叫摘机后, 被叫终端将向 MCID AS返回 200响应作为通告信号, 然后 MCID AS向主叫终端返回所述 200响应。 并向 MCID MRS发送 BYE消息 , 结 束彩振早期媒体的播放, 则 MCID MRS停止播放彩像, 并向 MCID AS返回 200 响应消息。
若主叫终端和被叫终端要求在进行彩振早期媒体协商时有资源预留, 则在 被叫终端发送 180 响应来指示可以开始振铃前, 主叫终端在完成主叫侧资源预 留后向被叫终端发送 Update消息,被叫终端向主叫终端发送 Update响应后, 再 发送 180响应来指示可以开始振铃。 当被叫终端摘机时,被叫终端发送所述 200 响应还用于要求系统释放预留的早期媒体资源。
通过对本发明实施例 2 中实现多媒体彩振业务的方法步骤描述, 本发明实 施例还提供一种实现多媒体彩振业务的系统, 如图 5 所示, 该系统包括主叫终 端、 被叫终端和网络侧, 其中, 主叫终端用于将呼叫请求发送给所述网络侧, 所述呼叫请求包括主叫终端标识和被叫终端标识; 网络侧用于根据接收到的所 述主叫终端标识确定所述主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户, 并根据所述被叫终 端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩 振早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则向所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像; 被叫终端 用于与所述网络侧进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商。

基于上述对本发明实施例中实现多媒体彩振业务的方法和系统的描述, 本 发明实施例中还提供一种实现多媒体彩振业务的装置, 如图 6 所示, 该装置包 括接收单元 31、 第一协商单元 32和第一播放单元 33 , 其中, 接收单元 31用于 接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包括主叫终端标识和被叫终端标识; 第一协商单元 32用于根据所述主叫终端标识确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用 户, 并根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 与所述 被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商; 第一播放单元 33用于若协商成功, 向 所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像。
所述呼叫请求包括正常媒体请求, 所述第一协商单元 32可以进一步包括第 一用户确定单元 41、 第一业务确定单元 42和第一操作单元 43 , 其中, 第一用 户确定单元 41用于根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判断所 述主叫终端标识是否有对应的彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振 业务用户; 第一业务确定单元 42用于在包含所述正常媒体请求的呼叫请求中添 加要求支持早期媒体业务能力标识, 然后发送给所述被叫终端, 接收所述被叫 终端发送的应答消息, 如果被叫终端回复正常的临时应答信息, 则确定被叫终 端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 所述要求支持早期媒体业务能力标识可以添加在 Require头域中;第一操作单元 43用于与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体 协商。
所述第一操作单元 43包括第二发送单元 44和第二接收单元 45 , 其中, 第 二发送单元 44用于将彩振早期媒体请求发送给所述被叫终端;第二接收单元 45 用于接收该被叫终端发送的彩振早期媒体应答。
基于前述对实施例 2 的描述, 在实现多媒体彩振业务时, 还可以同时实现 多媒体彩铃业务, 因此, 本发明实施例 3提供了一种实现多媒体彩振业务的基 础上进一步实现多体彩铃业务的方法, 如图 7所示, 为实施例 3 中步骤流程示 意图, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 701 : 主叫终端将呼叫请求发送给网络侧, 所述呼叫请求包括主叫终端 标识、 被叫终端标识、 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识。
在本实施例中同样设定网络侧包括 IMS核心网、 MCID AS、 MCID MRS, MRBT AS和 MRBT MRS, IMS核心网包括 CSCF实体。
在呼叫开始时, 首先主叫终端将呼叫请求发送给 CSCF, 该呼叫请求中包括 主叫终端标识、 被叫终端标识、 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能 力标识, 该呼叫请求同样可以是通过 Invite消息发送的。 当然, 该呼叫请求中除 了上述信息之外还可以包括正常媒体请求。 步骤 702: 当所述网络侧才艮据所述主叫终端标识确定所述主叫终端为多媒体 彩振业务用户, 并根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒 体后, 与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 并向所述被叫终端播放 多媒体彩像; 当所述网络侧根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃 业务用户, 并根据所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确 定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体后, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期 媒体协商, 并向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
所述 CSCF接收到所述主叫终端发送呼叫请求后, 根据保存的终端标识与 多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判断所述主叫终端标识是否有对应的彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户。
当所述 CSCF 判断出所述主叫终端为多媒体彩振用户后, 则将所述呼叫请 求发送给所述 MCID AS, 该 MCID AS接收到所述呼叫请求后, 需要判断所述 被叫终端是否支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 该判断方法可以为: 在包含所述正常 媒体请求的呼叫请求中的 Require头域中添加要求支持早期媒体业务能力标识, 然后发送给所述被叫终端, 接收所述被叫终端发送的应答消息, 如果被叫终端 回复应答消息为正常的临时应答信息, 则确定该被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期 媒体, 可以进行后续的多媒体彩振早期媒体协商。
在上述过程中, MCID AS是通过 CSCF将所述呼叫请求发送给被叫终端的, 当 CSCF转发时, 同样可以根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判断所述被叫终端标识是否有对应的彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端为 多媒体彩铃业务用户, 则该呼叫请求由 MCID AS通过 MRBT AS发送给被叫终 端, 具体地, 该 MRBT AS接收到所述呼叫请求后, 根据呼叫请求中 Support头 域中包含的所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫 终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 则根据所述被叫终端标识将该呼叫请求发送给 对应的被叫终端。 当被叫终端接收到所述呼叫请求后, 如果被叫支持早期媒体 业务能力, 则根据呼叫请求中的正常媒体请求进行正常媒体协商, 然后将响应 消息返回给 MRBT AS, 该响应消息可以为 183响应消息, 其中包含了正常媒体 响应消息 ( Answer )。
在上述过程中, MRBT AS接收到 CSCF发送的信息中可能既包括彩铃媒体 信息也包括彩振媒体信息, 则 MRBT AS根据业务数据点(SDP )中 o行的地址 ( address )消息来解析彩铃媒体和彩振媒体,若该 address和接收到的通过 Invite 发送的消息中 (SDP )中 0行的地址(address )相同则为彩铃媒体, 否则为彩振 媒体。
在分别进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商和多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商过程中, 一方面, 在本发明实施例中, 所述 MRBT AS将所述呼叫请求发送给被叫终 端时向 MRBT MRS发送 Invite消息。 当 MRBT AS向 MRBT MRS发送 Invite 消息后, 该 MRBT MRS则向 MRBT AS返回 200响应消息, 该 200响应消息中 包含了彩铃早期媒体请求。 MRBT AS与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体 协商, 该协商方法可以为: MRBT AS接收被叫终端返回的 183消息, 在该 183 消息中插入所述彩铃早期媒体请求, 并向主叫终端发送该 183消息, 该 183消 息中包含所述彩铃早期媒体请求、 被叫终端返回的 Answer消息、 被叫终端支持 早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识。主叫终端接收到 MRBT AS发送的彩铃 早期媒体请求、 被叫终端返回的 Answer消息、 被叫终端支持早期会话能力标识 和可靠响应能力标识后, 确定被叫终端已完成正常媒体协商, 且能够支持多媒 体彩铃早期媒体, 然后根据自身能力进行彩铃早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则 在该 PRACK中包含彩铃早期媒体应答。 当 MRBT AS与主叫终端成功进行多媒 体彩铃早期媒体协商后, MRBT AS将 PRACK消息发送给被叫终端, 并将确认 消息发送给 MRBT MRS , 该确认消息中包含彩铃早期媒体协商结果 MRBTAnswer„
另一方面, 在主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商的时候, MCID AS向 MCID MRS发送 Invite消息, 则 MCID MRS向 MCID AS返回 200响应消息, 该 200响应消息中包含彩振早期媒体请求。 然后, 当 MCID AS接收到主叫终端 通过 CSCF发送的 PRACK时, 将所述彩振早期媒体请求插入该 PRACK, 并将 该 PRACK通过 MRBT AS发送给被叫终端, 并与被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期 媒体协商, 协商通过后, 被叫终端返回 PRACK的应答消息给 MCID AS, MCID AS将临时可靠响应应答发送给主叫终端, 并将确认消息发送给 MCID MRS, 该 确认消息中包含彩振早期媒体协商结果 MCIDAnswer。
当主叫终端和被叫终端建立连接后 , 被叫终端向 MRBT AS发送 180响应, MRBT AS再将此 180响应发送给 MCID AS, 指示可以开始振铃, 则 MCID AS 向主叫终端发送该 180响应, 并向 MCID MRS发送通告信号, 则 MCID MRS 开始向被叫终端播放彩像, 在本实施例中, 所述通告信号可以为 Info信号。 当 被叫摘机后, 被叫终端将向 MCID AS返回 200响应作为通告信号, MCID AS 将该 200响应返回给主叫终端。 然后 MCID AS向 MCID MRS发送 BYE消息 , 结束彩振早期媒体的播放, 则 MCID MRS体制播放彩像, 并向 MCID AS返回 200相应消息。
同时, MRBT AS并向 MRBT MRS发送通告信号,则 MRBT MRS开始向主 叫终端播放彩铃, 在本实施例中, 所述通告信号可以为 Info信号。 当被叫终端 摘机时,被叫终端向 MRBT AS发送 200响应,告知此时开始通话不再播放彩铃, MRBT AS将此 200响应发送给主叫终端。 因此, MRBT AS向 MRBT MRS发送 结束(BYE ) 消息, 结束彩铃早期媒体的播放, 则 MRBT MRS停止播放彩铃, 并向 MRBT AS返回 200响应消息。
另外, 若主叫终端和被叫终端要求在进行彩铃早期媒体和彩振早期媒体时 有资源预留, 则在被叫终端发送 180 响应来指示可以开始振铃前, 主叫终端在 完成主叫侧资源预留后向被叫终端发送更新(Update )消息, 被叫终端向主叫终 端发送 Update后, 再发送 200响应来指示可以开始振铃。 当被叫终端摘机时, 即当彩铃和彩振业务结束时, CSCF接收到被叫终端向 MRBT AS和 MCID AS 发送的所述 200响应消息后, 则释放预留的多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩振媒体资源。 上述实现本发明实施例的顺序并不是唯一的。 在实现本发明实施例时, 主 叫终端要支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 但不依赖 被叫终端是否支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体; 被叫终端要支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 但不依赖主叫终端是否支持多媒体彩振早期媒 体。 同时, 若主叫终端没有定制彩振业务, 不影响正常的呼叫, 也不影响彩铃 业务; 若被叫终端没有定制彩铃业务, 也不影响正常的呼叫和彩振业务。 另外, 也可以将上述方法看作是在实现多媒体彩铃业务的基础上实现多媒体彩振业 务。
通过上述对实施例 3 中实现多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩振业务的方法步骤流程 的描述, 本发明实施例还提供一种实现多媒体彩振业务时实现多媒体彩铃业务 的系统, 如图 8 所示, 所述系统包括主叫终端、 被叫终端和网络侧, 其中, 主 叫终端用于将呼叫请求发送给所述网络侧, 呼叫请求包括主叫终端标识和被叫 终端标识; 网络侧用于当根据接收到的所述主叫终端标识确定所述主叫终端为 多媒体彩振业务用户, 并根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振 早期媒体后, 与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 若协商成功, 向 所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像; 被叫终端用于与所述网络侧进行多媒体彩振早 期媒体协商。
当所述呼叫请求包括主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识 时, 所述主叫终端还用于与该网络侧进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商; 网络侧还 用于根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户, 并根据所述 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体 彩铃早期媒体后, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 若协商成功, 向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
网络侧还用于根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判断所 述主叫终端标识是否有对应的彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振 业务用户。 另外, 所述网络侧还用于根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的 定制关系, 判断所述被叫终端是否定制彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端 为多媒体彩铃业务用户。
当所述呼叫请求包括正常媒体请求, 则所述被叫终端用于根据所述正常媒 体请求进行正常媒体协商, 将应答消息发送给所述网络侧; 所述网络在包含所 述正常媒体请求的呼叫请求中的 Require头域中添加要求支持早期媒体业务能力 标识, 然后发送给所述被叫终端, 接收所述被叫终端发送的应答消息, 如果被 叫回复正常的临时应答信息, 则确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体。
所述网络侧用于将彩振早期媒体请求发送给所述被叫终端, 接收该被叫终 端发送的彩振早期媒体应答; 所述被叫终端用于根据自身能力进行彩振早期媒 体协商, 若协商通过, 则向所述网络侧发送所述彩振早期媒体应答。
另外, 所述网络侧用于将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端, 并接收 所述主叫终端发送的彩铃早期媒体应答; 所述主叫终端用于根据自身能力进行 彩铃早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则向所述网络侧发送所述彩铃早期媒体应答。
基于上述对本发明实施例 3 中的方法和系统的描述, 本发明实施例还提供 一种实现多媒体彩振的基础上实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 如图 9 所示, 该装 置可以在图 6的基础上实现, 所述装置包括接收单元 51、 第一协商单元 52和第 一播放单元 53 , 其中, 接收单元 51用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 该呼叫 请求包括主叫终端标识和被叫终端标识; 第一协商单元 52用于根据所述主叫终 端标识确定所述主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户, 并根据所述被叫终端标识确 定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒 体协商;第一播放单元 53用于若协商成功,则向所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像。
当所述呼叫请求还包括主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标 识时, 所述装置还包括第二协商单元 54和第二播放单元 55 , 其中, 第二协商单 元 54用于根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户, 并根据 所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多 媒体彩铃早期媒体, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商; 第二播放 单元 55用于若所述协商通过, 向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
所述呼叫请求包括正常媒体请求, 所述第一协商单元 52包括第一用户确定 单元 61、 第一业务确定单元 62和第一操作单元 63 , 其中, 第一用户确定单元 61 用于根据保存的终端标识与多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判断所述主叫终端 是否定制了彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户; 第一业 务确定单元 62用于在包含所述正常媒体请求的呼叫请求中的 Require头域中添 加要求支持早期媒体业务能力标识, 然后发送给所述被叫终端, 接收所述被叫 终端发送的应答消息, 如果被叫回复的应答消息为正常的临时应答信息, 则确 定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体; 第一操作单元 63用于与所述被叫终端进 行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商。
所述第一操作单元 63包括第二发送单元 71和第二接收单元 72, 其中, 第 二发送单元 71用于将彩振早期媒体请求发送给所述被叫终端;第二接收单元 72 用于接收该被叫终端发送的彩振早期媒体应答。
所述第二协商单元 54包括第二用户确定单元 64、 第二业务确定单元 65和 第二操作单元 66, 其中, 第二用户确定单元 64用于根据保存的终端标识与多媒 体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判断所述被叫终端是否定制彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定 所述被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户; 第二业务确定单元 65用于根据所述主叫 终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃 早期媒体;第二操作单元 66用于与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商。
所述第二操作单元 66包括第三发送单元 73和第三接收单元 74, 其中, 第 三发送单元 73用于将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端;第三接收单元 74 用于接收所述主叫终端发送的彩铃早期媒体应答。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实 施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所 述的程序可以存储于一计算机(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备 等)可读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。 通过本发明实施例, 提供了基于早期媒体实现多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩振业 务的方法, 让用户能够在 IMS中应用多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩振业务, 使得用户 能够获得 IMS中强大的多媒体功能, 体验较好。 离本发明实施例的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明实施例的这些修改和变型属 于本发明实施例权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明实施例也意图包 含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包括被叫终端标识、 主叫终 端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识;
根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户, 并根据所述 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和所述可靠响应能力标识确定所述主叫终端支 持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 协商 成功后向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
2、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃 业务用户的步骤包括:
根据终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判断所述被叫终端标识是否 有对应的彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户。
3、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃 早期媒体协商的步骤包括:
将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端, 该主叫终端进行彩铃早期媒体 协商, 如果协商通过, 则返回彩铃早期媒体应答。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述方法, 其特征在于,
由多媒体彩铃应用服务器将邀请消息 lnvite通过 IMS核心网发送给多媒体 彩铃资源服务器, 则多媒体彩铃资源服务器将所述彩铃早期媒体请求通过 IMS 核心网发送给所述多媒体彩铃应用服务器。
5、 如权利要求 4所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述协商成功之后, 且向所述主 叫终端播放多媒体彩铃之前包括步骤:
多媒体彩铃应用服务器向所述多媒体彩铃资源服务器发送通告信号 , 指示 该多媒体彩铃资源服务器向主叫终端播放彩铃。
6、 一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 彩铃呼叫接收单元, 用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求中包 括被叫终端标识、 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识;
彩铃协商单元, 用于根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业 务用户, 并根据所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定 主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体后, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒 体协商, 并在协商成功后发送通告信号通知播放多媒体彩铃。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
彩铃播放单元, 用于接收所述通告信号, 并向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩 铃。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃协商单元包括: 彩铃用户确定单元, 用于根据终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判 断所述被叫终端标识是否有对应的彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端为多 媒体彩铃业务用户;
彩铃业务确定单元, 用于根据所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠 响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体;
彩铃操作单元, 用于与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商。
9、 如权利要求 8所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃操作单元包括: 第一发送单元, 用于将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端;
第一接收单元, 用于接收所述主叫终端发送的彩铃早期媒体应答。
10、 一种实现多媒体彩振业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求包括主叫终端标识和被叫终 端标识;
根据所述主叫终端标识确定所述主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户, 并根据 所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 与所述被叫终端进 行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 协商成功后向所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩像。
11、 如权利要求 10所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述主叫终端为多媒 体彩振业务用户的步骤包括:
根据终端标识与多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判断所述主叫终端标识是否 有对应的彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业务用户。
12、 如权利要求 10所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫请求包括正常媒体请 求, 所述根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体的步骤 包括:
将所述呼叫请求发送给被叫终端, 并且在所述呼叫请求中添加要求支持早 期媒体业务能力的标识, 如果被叫终端支持早期媒体业务能力, 则该被叫终端 根据所述正常媒体请求进行正常媒体协商后, 通过正常的临时应答消息返回给 网络侧;
接收到所述正常的临时应答消息后, 确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒 体。
13、 如权利要求 10至 12任一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 与所述被叫终端 进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商的步骤包括:
将彩振早期媒体请求发送给所述被叫终端, 该被叫终端根据自身能力进行 彩振早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则返回彩振早期媒体应答。
14、 如权利要求 13所述方法, 其特征在于, 与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩 振早期媒体协商之前包括步骤:
所述多媒体彩振应用服务器将邀请消息通过 IMS核心网发送给所述多媒体 彩振资源服务器, 该多媒体彩振资源服务器将所述彩振早期媒体请求通过 IMS 核心网发送给所述多媒体彩振应用服务器。
15、 如权利要求 14所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述协商成功之后, 并向所述 被叫终端播放多媒体彩像之前包括步骤:
所述多媒体彩振应用服务器向所述多媒体彩振资源服务器发送通告信号, 指示该多媒体彩振资源服务器向被叫终端播放彩像。
16、 如权利要求 15所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫请求还包括主叫终端 支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识, 则所述方法还包括步骤: 根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户, 并根据所述 主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体 彩铃早期媒体, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商, 协商成功后向 所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
17、 如权利要求 16所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定被叫终端为多媒体彩 铃业务用户的步骤包括:
根据终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判断所述被叫终端是否定制 彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业务用户。
18、 如权利要求 16所述方法, 其特征在于, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩 铃早期媒体协商的步骤包括:
将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端, 该主叫终端根据自身能力进行 彩铃早期媒体协商, 若协商通过, 则返回彩铃早期媒体应答。
19、 一种实现多媒体彩振业务的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 接收单元, 用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包括主叫终端 标识和被叫终端标识;
第一协商单元, 用于根据所述主叫终端标识确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业 务用户, 根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体, 与所 述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商, 并在协商成功后发送第一通告信号 通知播放多媒体彩像。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 第一播放单元, 用于接收第一通告信号, 并向所述被叫终端播放多媒体彩 像。
21、 如权利要求 19所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
第二协商单元, 用于根据所述被叫终端标识确定被叫终端为多媒体彩铃业 务用户, 并根据所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠响应能力标识确定 主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体, 与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体 协商, 并在协商成功后发送第二通告信号通知播放多媒体彩铃;
第二播放单元, 用于接收第二通告信号, 并向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩 铃。
22、 如权利要求 19所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一协商单元包括: 第一用户确定单元, 用于根据终端标识与多媒体彩振业务的定制关系, 判 断所述主叫终端是否定制了彩振业务, 若是, 则确定主叫终端为多媒体彩振业 务用户;
第一业务确定单元, 用于在包含所述正常媒体请求的呼叫请求中添加要求 支持早期媒体业务能力标识, 将所述呼叫请求发送给所述被叫终端, 接收所述 被叫终端发送的应答消息, 如果该应答消息为正常的临时应答信息, 则确定被 叫终端支持多媒体彩振早期媒体;
第一操作单元, 用于与所述被叫终端进行多媒体彩振早期媒体协商。
23、 如权利要求 22所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一操作单元包括: 第二发送单元, 用于将彩振早期媒体请求发送给所述被叫终端;
第二接收单元, 用于接收该被叫终端发送的彩振早期媒体应答。
24、 如权利要求 21所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二协商单元包括: 第二用户确定单元, 用于根据终端标识与多媒体彩铃业务的定制关系, 判 断所述被叫终端是否定制彩铃业务, 若是, 则确定所述被叫终端为多媒体彩铃 业务用户;
第二业务确定单元, 用于根据所述主叫终端支持早期会话能力标识和可靠 响应能力标识确定主叫终端支持多媒体彩铃早期媒体;
第二操作单元, 用于与所述主叫终端进行多媒体彩铃早期媒体协商。
25、 如权利要求 24所述装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二操作单元包括: 第三发送单元, 用于将彩铃早期媒体请求发送给所述主叫终端; 第三接收单元, 用于接收所述主叫终端发送的彩铃早期媒体应答。
