AS不在该临时响应中携入彩像早会话 SDP请求。 如果通过支持早会话的能力标识指示被叫用户终端是否拒绝当前呼叫的 彩像业务可以通过以下步 4聚实现: 步骤 1 , 被叫用户终端返回呼叫请求的响应消息, 其中, 该响应消息中 携带有指示被叫用户终端支持早会话的能力标识; 在实际应用中, 该响应消息可以为 18x (包括 180和 183 ) 响应消息, 具体地, 如果主叫用户和被叫用户中呼叫前都有可用的资源, 即不需要进行 资源预留的协商, 则该响应消息为 180响应消息, 否则, 该响应消息为 183 响应消息, 以进行资源预留的协商, 具体资源预留协商流程与现有的资源预 留十办商流程相似, 在 匕不再赘述。 步骤 2, 被叫用户终端所属的 CRS AS接收到该响应消息后, 根据被叫 用户终端的彩像策略判断被叫用户终端不允许当前呼叫播放彩像; 步骤 3 , 上述 CRS AS删除响应消息中的上述能力标识, 并发送删除能 力标识后的响应消息。 在上述步骤 2中, 如果 CRS AS判断被叫用户终端允许当前呼叫播放彩 像, 则在步骤 3中 CRS AS不对响应消息进行修改, 直接转发该响应消息。 根据本发明实施例提供的上述方法, 可以根据被叫用户的策略配置拒绝 播放彩像, 从而为被叫用户提供更好的体验。
实施例一 在本实施例中, 以被叫用户不允许当前呼叫播放彩像为例进行说明。 在 本实施例中, 主叫用户 UE1和被叫用户 UE2在呼叫前都有可用的资源, 不 需要进行资源预留的协商, 并且, 被叫网络以呼叫请求的响应消息中是否携 带支持早会话的能力标识来指示是否接受当前会话的彩像业务。 图 6为本实 施例中被叫拒绝接受彩像业务的流程图, 如图 6所示, 具体主要包括以下步 骤: 步骤 601 , 主叫用户 UE1通过 IMS网络发起呼叫请求, 其中, 该呼叫请 求中携带有 CRS标识, 指示当前呼叫请求中带有 CRS业务; 步骤 602, 主叫 S-CSCF接收到上述呼叫请求后, 根据用户 UE1对彩像 的签约规则将呼叫触发到主叫 CRS AS上; 步骤 603 , 主叫 CRS AS将支持早会话方式的能力标识插入到呼叫请求 中再返回给主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 604, 主叫 S-CSCF将呼叫请求发送给被叫用户网络; 步骤 605 , 由于被叫 CRS AS中设置有被叫彩像播放策略, 因此, 该呼 叫请求被路由到被叫 CRS AS , 被叫 CRS AS根据被叫预先设置的彩像播放 策略判断需要拒绝播放彩像,则被叫 CRS AS删除呼叫请求中的 CRS标识后, 将处理过的呼叫请求路由给被叫用户 UE2; 步骤 606, 被叫用户 UE2接收到上述呼叫请求后, 由于该呼叫请求中不 带 CRS标识, 被叫用户直接回复 180响应消息, 且播放本地铃声, 不用启动 定时器, 由于被叫用户支持早会话, 因此, 回复的 180响应消息中携带有支 持早会话的能力标识; 步骤 607, 被叫 CRS AS接收到 180响应消息后, 根据被叫预设的彩像 播放策略判断拒绝播放彩像, 因此, 删除 180响应消息中的支持 early session 的能力标识, 并路由给主叫侧网络; 步骤 608〜610, 主叫 S-CSCF接收到 180响应消息后, 将其路由到主叫 用户 UE1 ,由于 180响应中, early session 的能力标 i只被删除了,主叫 CRS AS 认为被叫不支持 early session方式; 步骤 611 , 如果此时的 180响应消息是可靠性响应, 则 UE1向被叫发送 PRACK请求; 步骤 612, S-CSCF PRACK触发到主叫 CRS AS; 步骤 613 , 主叫 CRS AS接收到 PRACK后, 由于在步骤 608中接收到的 180响应消息中显示被叫不支持 early session 方式, 因此, 主叫 CRS AS不 在 PRACK中插入表示彩像的 early session SDP请求; 步骤 614〜615 , 主叫 S-CSCF通过被叫网络将 PRACK转发到用户 UE2; 步 4聚 616〜620, 被叫回复 PRACK, 通过被叫网络和主叫网络向主叫用户 UE1发送 200 OK响应; 步骤 712, 主叫 S-CSCF ^1临时消息 (PRACK ) 触发给主叫 CRS AS; 步骤 713 , 主叫 CRS AS接收到临时消息 (PRACK ) 后, 将描述彩像媒 体消息的早会话 SDP请求插入到临时消息中并返回给主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 714, 主叫 S-CSCF将这个临时消息发送给被叫用户 UE2; 步骤 715 , 被叫用户 UE2接收到上述临时消息后, 向主叫 S-CSCF回复 临时消息应答, 并携带早媒体 SDP应答, 指示被叫用户 UE2接受主叫的彩 像业务; 步骤 716, 主叫 S-CSCF将携带早会话 SDP应答的临时消息应答触发给 主叫 CRS AS , 主叫 CRS AS根据早会话 SDP协商情况通知媒体网关准备为 被叫播放彩像媒体; 步骤 717, 主叫 CRS AS删除早会话 SDP应答, 将临时消息应答返回给 主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 718, 主叫 S-CSCF将临时消息应答路由给主叫用户 UE1; 此时彩像业务的早媒体就可以开始为被叫用户播放了。 步骤 719, 当被叫用户 UE2应答上述呼叫请求时, 向主叫用户 UE1发送 200 OK应答; 步骤 906 , 由于不需要进行资源预留的协商, 被叫用户 UE2接收到呼叫 请求后直接回复 180响应消息, 并播放本地铃声, 其中, 上述 180响应消息 中不携带 CRS彩像标示, 表明被叫不同意播放彩像; 步骤 907, 被叫 CRS AS接收到 180响应消息后, 直接转发 180响应消 息, 路由到主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 908, 主叫 S-CSCF接收到 180响应消息后, ^!夺其触发给主叫 CRS AS , 主叫 CRS AS获知被叫用户 UE2不同意播放彩像; 步骤 909, 主叫 CRS AS将 180响应消息返回给主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 910, 主叫 S-CSCF将 180响应消息路由给主叫用户 UE1; 步骤 911 , 主叫用户 UE1收到 180响应后, 不再发送临时性响应, 如果 此时被叫用户由于其他情况还必须发送临时响应, 则向被叫用户发送一个临 时消息 (PRACK ); 步骤 912, 主叫 S-CSCF ^1临时消息 (PRACK ) 触发给主叫 CRS AS; 步骤 913 , 主叫 CRS AS接收到临时消息 (PRACK ) 后, 不再将描述彩 像媒体消息的早会话 SDP请求插入到临时消息中; 步骤 914 915 , 主叫 S-CSCF将这个临时消息发送给被叫用户 UE2; 步骤 916 917, 被叫用户 UE2接收到上述临时消息后, 向主叫 S-CSCF 回复临时消息应答; 步骤 918, 主叫 S-CSCF将临时消息应答触发给主叫 CRS AS; 步骤 919, 主叫 CRS AS将临时消息应答返回给主叫 S-CSCF; 步骤 920, 主叫 S-CSCF将临时消息应答路由给主叫用户 UE1; 步骤 921 , 当被叫用户 UE2应答上述呼叫请求时, 向主叫用户 UE1发送 200 OK应答; 步骤 922,主叫用户 UE1向被叫用户 UE2发送 ACK表明接收到 200 OK 应答。 综上所述, 釆用本发明方法, 并不需要对现有 IMS架构做修改, 只需要 将被叫用户对彩像的策略保存在被叫彩像应用服务器上,通过判断策略配置, 确定是否拒绝彩像业务, 解决了相关技术中被叫用户不能根据自己需求拒绝 呼叫中的彩像业务的问题, 进而提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种基于 IP多媒体子系统 IMS的彩像实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 被叫用户终端所属的被叫彩像业务应用服务器 CRS AS接收到路由 自被叫网络的呼叫请求, 其中, 所述呼叫请求中携带有指示当前呼叫带 有彩像业务的彩像标识; 所述被叫 CRS AS判断是否拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务, 如果是, 则 删除所述呼叫请求中携带的所述彩像标识, 并向所述被叫用户终端发送 删除所述彩像标识后的呼叫请求。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述被叫 CRS AS判断 接受当前呼叫的彩像业务, 则所述方法还包括:
所述被叫 CRS AS直接向所述被叫用户终端转发所述呼叫请求。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述被叫 CRS AS发送呼 叫请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述被叫用户终端接收到呼叫请求后, 如果该呼叫请求中没有携带 所述彩像标识, 则将当前呼叫作为不带彩像业务的呼叫进行处理; 否则, 将当前呼叫作为带彩像业务的呼叫进行处理。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将当前呼叫作为带彩像业务 的呼叫进行处理包括:
所述被叫用户终端返回携带彩像标识的响应消息; 或者, 所述被叫用户终端返回响应消息, 所述被叫 CRS AS接收到该响应 消息后, 确定被叫用户终端接受当前呼叫的彩像业务, 在所述响应消息 中携带彩像标识后发送;
其中, 所述响应消息中携带的彩像标识指示所述被叫用户终端接受 当前呼叫的彩像业务。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将当前呼叫作为不带彩像业 务的呼叫进行处理包括: 所述被叫用户终端返回不携带彩像标识的响应消息, 指示所述被叫 用户终端拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务;
主叫用户终端所属的主叫 CRS AS接收到所述响应消息后, 在后续 接收到主叫用户终端发起的临时响应时, 所述主叫 CRS AS不在该临时 响应中插入彩像早会话 SDP请求。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述被叫 CRS AS发送呼 叫请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述被叫用户终端接收到所述呼叫请求后, 返回所述呼叫请求的响 应消息, 其中, 所述响应消息中携带有指示被叫用户终端支持早会话的 能力标识;
所述被叫 CRS AS接收到所述响应消息后, 判断拒绝当前呼叫的彩 像业务;
所述被叫 CRS AS删除所述响应消息中的所述能力标识, 并发送删 除所述能力标识后的响应消息。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述被叫 CRS AS判断 接受当前呼叫的彩像业务, 则所述方法还包括:
所述被叫 CRS AS转发接收到的所述响应消息。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫 CRS AS判断是否拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务包括:
所述被叫 CRS AS根据预先设置的所述被叫用户终端的彩像播放策 略判断是否拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像播放策略包括以下 之一:
拒绝所有呼叫的彩像业务; 接受所有呼叫的彩像业务;
拒绝无法识别身份的主叫用户发起的呼叫的彩像业务; 拒绝预设标识对应的主叫用户发起的呼叫的彩像业务; 接受预设标识对应的主叫用户发起的呼叫的彩像业务。
10. —种彩像业务应用月艮务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储模块, 用于存储被叫用户终端的彩像播放策略;
接收模块, 用于接收针对被叫用户终端的呼叫请求, 其中, 所述呼 叫请求中携带有指示当前呼叫带有彩像业务的彩像标识;
判断模块, 用于根据所述存储模块存储的所述彩像播放策略, 判断 是否接受当前呼叫的彩像业务;
执行模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务的情 况下, 删除所述呼叫请求携带的所述彩像标识;
发送模块, 用于向所述被叫用户终端发送经所述执行模块处理后的 呼叫请求。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的彩像业务应用服务器, 其特征在于,
所述接收模块还用于接收呼叫请求的响应消息, 其中, 所述响应消 息携带有指示被叫用户终端支持早会话的能力标识;
所述执行模块还用于在所述判断模块判断拒绝当前呼叫的彩像业务 的情况下, 删除所述响应消息中的所述能力标识;
所述发送模块还用于发送经所述执行模块处理后的响应消息。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的彩像业务应用服务器, 其特征在于,
所述接收模块还用于接收所述呼叫请求的响应消息;
所述执行模块还用于在所述判断模块判断接受当前呼叫的彩像业务 的情况下, 在所述响应消息中携带指示被叫用户终端接受彩像业务的彩 像标识; 所述发送模块还用于发送经所述执行模块处理后的响应消息。
13. —种基于 IP多媒体子系统的彩像实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
主叫网络, 用于向被叫网络发送呼叫请求, 其中, 所述呼叫请求中 携带有指示当前呼叫带有彩像业务的彩像标识;
被叫网络, 包括: 被叫 CRS AS , 用于根据预先设置的被叫用户终端的彩像播放策略, 判断是否接受当前呼叫的彩像业务, 如果是, 则转发所述呼叫请求, 否 则, 将所述呼叫请求中的所述彩像标识删除后再发送;
所述被叫用户终端, 用于接收所述被叫 CRS AS发送的呼叫请求, 如果所述呼叫请求中没有携带所述彩像标识, 则将当前呼叫作为带彩像 业务的呼叫进行处理, 否则, 将当前呼叫作为不带彩像业务的呼叫进行 处理。
