Abstract

　時刻を計時する計時部（３０１）と、時刻情報を含む標準電波を受信する受信部（３０２）と、受信部（３０２）によって自動的に標準電波の受信動作を実行する受信間隔、受信回数、１回の受信動作にかける受信時間などの受信動作の度合を制御する受信制御部（３０３）と、計時部（３０１）によって計時されている時刻（以下「計時時刻」という）を標準電波に基づいて修正する時刻修正部（３０４）と、を備え、受信制御部（３０３）が、少なくとも計時時刻に基づく特定日においては、特定日以外での度合よりも大きな度合で標準電波を受信するように受信部（３０２）を制御する。
