Abstract

 本発明の一酸化炭素吸着剤は、NOx除去用触媒として調製されたCu-ZSM5型ゼオライトを、水分を含まない不活性ガス雰囲気において、450~600°Cで加熱し活性化してなる。また、本発明のガス精製方法は、ガス中に含まれる微量不純物としての一酸化炭素を温度スイング吸着法により除去する工程を有し、請求項1記載の一酸化炭素吸着剤を用い、この一酸化炭素吸着剤の再生操作を200~350°Cで行う。
