Abstract

斜板式コンプレッサ用スラスト軸受としてのスラストころ軸受11は、複数のころ14と、複数のころ14に接触する軌道盤12,13とを備える。そして、軌道盤12,13は、0.9wt%~1.2wt%の炭素と、1.2wt%~1.7wt%のクロムと、0.1wt%~0.5wt%のマンガンと、0.15wt%~0.35wt%のシリコンとを含有する高炭素鋼を冷間圧延して得られる表面粗さがRmax≦2μmのみがき帯鋼に熱処理を施し、表面の窒素富化層における残留オーステナイト量を10%以下とした。
